This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Clients can't see all their past Habit Goals on the app - which should be enabled

    There should be an option for the clients to check out all their habit goals taken up in the past and their completion %. This will help them track & review how they have performed on individual habits.

  3. Custom Time Intervals (Interval Workouts)

    Interval App Timer Needs Finer Adjustments

    The current times available jump from 2 min to 5 min to 10 min

    This makes progression for HIIT style training difficult, when attempting to add 10 sec to a work interval, or take 10 sec away from a rest interval.

    For example, 2:10 sec Work, 4:50 sec rest, etc.

    Currently, the only solution is to write the workout as a regular style workout, and have the clients download and use a separate interval timer app, which takes away from the "custom app" experience

  4. The ability to copy and paste my own created programs amongst my clients

    When I create a program for one client sometimes I wish to just copy that program from one client to another. Then creating the same program again for another client. It’s time consuming

  5. limit @everyone in groups

    Allow trainers to choose who can tag @everyone in groups. If one person abuses it it can ruin the user experience for everyone in the group when they are constantly getting notified.

  6. Monthly or weekly progress document for each individual client?

    Imagine compiling a client's data (sleep, steps, nutrition compliance, etc) generating a beautiful PDF with all the graphs etc with the click of a button.. interpreting their results and their improvements/downfalls from the previous week/month.

  8. Add videos to auto messages in program calendar or client calendar

    Would be great to be able to attach videos in auto messages in a program calendar. For instance, on day one they would get a welcome video to a specific program. Would be useful when doing challenges and selling programs on the platform.

  9. Ability to enter notes about a specific exercise in the program for the client

    If I wanted to make a comment about how to perform a certain exercise, or provide a cue, I should be able to have that option when programming

  11. Ability to add nutrition advice notes somehere

    It would be helpful to add nutrition note for ingredients swaps knowing what your clients like or should avoid.
    I dont recommend sweetners but choose more natural choices and would like to give my clients that advice as a note to the recipe.

  12. Add ability to prescribe Pre workout meal / post workout meal

    Add options for Pre workout meal / post workout meal and more snacks. Some clients need to eat more than 4 times a day and they should be able to track more than just 4 categories so we as coaches can look at nutrient timing.

  13. Hide the name of the habit in auto-posts in groups/challenges

    Clients might not want others in the group or challenge to see what kind of habit they are performing. Instead of completely hiding all habit completed auto-posts, allow auto posts but hide the name of the habit as it's very individual thing per client.

  14. Transferring programs to other clients but the schedule in calendar also transfers as well as daily habits

    When transferring a program to new client, have the workouts automatically go into the calendar as to the schedule. Also have the daily habits transfer over into the calendar as well to save time

  15. There is currently no options for snacks on the food planner. You should also be able to enter your own meal plans with pictures.

    There is currently no options for snacks on the food planner, if there is no snacks, why is there an option? You should also be able to enter your own meal plans with pictures. This should be a community of sharing and if you wish, there should be an option to enter your meal into a wider field where other trainers could utilise your creations.

    • Allow clients to book without using stripe - let the coach organise the payments
    • Allow coaches to customise the website - i can’t lie it’s very boring to look at
    • Make it easier to customise - if you can already customise it i can’t work it out for ****🤦🏼‍♀️

  19. add in a tempo section and make the “sets/reps” notes more clear

    Make the layout of the workout so that the sets and reps note from the trainer is more obvious. Also add in a separate tempo section.
