2. L’utilisation de ChatGPT dans le tourisme français : idées et exemples concrets

   Introduction
   Depuis plusieurs années, je travaille dans le secteur du tourisme en France, et comme beaucoup de professionnels, j’ai vu les besoins évoluer rapidement : les voyageurs sont plus connectés, plus exigeants, et surtout, en quête d’expériences personnalisées. C’est dans ce contexte que ChatGPT Français a fait irruption dans mon quotidien, d’abord comme simple curiosité, puis comme un véritable partenaire stratégique.

   Dans cet essai, je vais partager mon expérience concrète de l’usage de ChatGPT dans le secteur touristique français : comment je l’ai intégré dans mes activités, les résultats obtenus, mais aussi quelques limites. Ce témoignage n’est pas théorique, il est issu de situations vécues et testées sur le terrain.

   Créer des itinéraires personnalisés avec ChatGPT Français
   L’un des premiers usages que j’ai explorés a été la création d’itinéraires touristiques personnalisés. Un jour, une cliente m’a demandé un circuit de 5 jours en Bretagne, alliant nature, culture, gastronomie et hébergements atypiques. Au lieu de passer plusieurs heures à tout compiler, j’ai simplement demandé à ChatGPT Français :

   “Propose-moi un itinéraire de 5 jours en Bretagne pour un couple, avec visites culturelles, restaurants locaux et nuits dans des hébergements de charme.”

   Le résultat m’a bluffé. En quelques secondes, j’ai obtenu une proposition structurée, avec des villes étapes, des suggestions de musées, de marchés, de randonnées, et même des idées de restaurants à tester. J’ai bien sûr vérifié et ajusté certaines recommandations, mais 80 % du travail était déjà fait.

   Depuis ce jour, j’ai utilisé cette méthode des dizaines de fois, que ce soit pour la Côte d’Azur, les châteaux de la Loire ou le Pays Basque. ChatGPT Français est devenu mon assistant personnel pour concevoir des expériences sur mesure.

   Traduire et adapter les supports pour les touristes étrangers
   Le tourisme en France attire des visiteurs du monde entier, et l’un des défis majeurs, c’est la barrière linguistique. Nos brochures étaient uniquement en français et en anglais, mais nous avions régulièrement des demandes en espagnol, italien ou allemand.

   Plutôt que de faire appel à un traducteur à chaque fois, j’ai testé ChatGPT Français pour faire des traductions rapides et naturelles. Je lui donnais des textes à traduire, en précisant le ton souhaité (formel, convivial, marketing). Là encore, le résultat était souvent fluide et professionnel. Je l’ai même utilisé pour rédiger des emails de bienvenue personnalisés dans différentes langues, ce qui a grandement amélioré la satisfaction client.

   Animer nos réseaux sociaux et blogs avec l’aide de ChatGPT Français
   Comme beaucoup d’acteurs du tourisme local, nous avons un site web et des pages sur les réseaux sociaux. Le problème ? Manque de temps pour écrire régulièrement des contenus engageants. J’ai alors demandé à ChatGPT Français :

   “Peux-tu me rédiger un article de blog sur les plus beaux villages du Luberon, avec un ton chaleureux et inspirant ?”

   Résultat : un article prêt à publier, bien structuré, avec des descriptions vivantes et des mots-clés adaptés. J’ai fait de même pour des publications Instagram ou Facebook, en lui demandant de proposer des légendes accrocheuses, des hashtags pertinents ou des textes courts pour des vidéos de promotion.

   Ce gain de temps et de créativité a permis à mon équipe de rester visible et active sans y consacrer des journées entières.

   Répondre aux demandes clients en ligne, même en dehors des horaires
   Un autre avantage de ChatGPT Français, c’est sa capacité à simuler des réponses client. Nous avons intégré une version de ChatGPT à notre formulaire de contact, afin qu’il puisse répondre automatiquement à des questions fréquentes : horaires d’ouverture, modalités de réservation, accessibilité des lieux, suggestions de visites autour d’un site.

   Un touriste qui écrit à 22h peut désormais obtenir une réponse immédiate, bien rédigée, en français clair. Bien sûr, pour les demandes complexes, un agent humain prend le relais. Mais pour 60 % des messages, l’IA fait le travail de manière fluide. Cela a amélioré notre réactivité et réduit notre charge mentale.

   Limites et points de vigilance
   Même si ChatGPT Français est un outil formidable, je dois reconnaître quelques limites. Il ne remplace pas l’expertise humaine : certaines suggestions peuvent manquer de contexte local ou ignorer des contraintes pratiques (travaux, fermetures saisonnières, etc.). Il est donc essentiel de vérifier et ajuster les propositions.

   De plus, bien que l’outil parle très bien français, il peut parfois manquer de nuances culturelles dans certaines formulations. D’où l’intérêt d’un œil humain pour réviser les contenus avant diffusion.

5. "Everfit" app has a really great "ON DEMAND " program where you can have different categories and resources.

   ON DEMAND Categories and Resources where we can post video resources and any other tools for clients. we need more options for on demand and options for categories for the new on demand feature. it would be great to have "upper body" "lower body" and other way to be able to look up on demand programs.

Refined "Best-Fit Nutrition Goal" Criteria: Expanding the "Show meals that best-fit nutrition goal" option to include more filters such as. “show meals with similar calories”, “show meals with similar protein value” etc, would provide greater flexibility in meal swaps. For some clients macro ratio is not so important.
   2. Inclusion of Client/Coach Recipes in the generator: Allowing coaches to integrate their own recipes into the meal generator (filtering with the criteria mentioned above)

9. Allow addition of JPG/PDF images to workouts

   many clients also see a physical therapist and have exercises they are given on paper. It would be great to be able to add these so they have all their moves in one place. I also assign short yoga sequences and the library does not have these moves so uploading a jpg or PDF of a short routine would be super key.

    With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.

    Contract Generation - Products should have the ability to add a contract. It should auto-fill client info and allowed it to be signed in app or printed out to be signed.

    Stronger Point Of Sales - Allowing partial payments at sign up/payment plans. Custom billing dates, split payments, pay for another member, etc.

    Billing Features - Many of the above being able to be edited, pausing/freezing memberships, refunding items to account, applying account balance to another purchase.

    Since scheduling was added to this app, many of us only use MindBody for its POS/Billing features. Adding these features to Trainerize would remove the need for most of us to use another service.

    With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.

    As a fitness professional, I am aiming to improve everyone's overall health. Though each person has specific needs, people can be generalized into categories and groups that all fall under the same category. I need to efficiently push every person towards a common goal, and I need to be able to customize a goal that can apply to all of my clients without having to spend time manually assigning each client the same goal.
