An error occurred while saving the comment Austin commentedThis is essential. Hardly anyone does solid meal plans unless for competition, or for small bits of time. It's essential to have a databank of meal options from the smart meal plan, but be allowed to adjust our clients macronutrient needs flexibly.

An error occurred while saving the comment Austin commentedI'm surprised this feature is not available. I've used other training/programming apps, and having the client having the ability to post a video of their movement capacity and general patterns is essential to giving good feedback.

Totally needful. Incorporating the following
Progress metrics that are already in the app
- Body composition, Sleep, Steps, total calories burned,
- Workout completed
- Nutriton adherence
- It would be awesome to be able to see habits as well.
Either way, seeing all of the things in a summary - maybe even auto messages enabled if they fall below a certain adherence rate on workouts or something etc....
