This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to recharge a failed/decline payment after credit card was updated

    Sometimes a person's card was lost or stolen and cannot upload new info in time and the system will not allow us manually to charge a declined card after they have uploaded a new card.

  3. Limit how many clients you can accept for different products

    I would like to set different client limits to different products.

    For example, let's say I upgrade my plan to Pro30. I would like to limit my custom programs to no more than 10 clients but open up space for up to 20 clients to subscribe to my On Demand and 4-Week Challenges.

  4. Hide/show link preview

    I would like an option when using a link in messages or groups to have the option to hide the link preview or change how big the link preview is.

  6. Uploading videos from computer or phone to client’s account

    Allow videos to be uploaded from our computer or phone. Videos of client’s form is vital for the trainer and shows progress to the client. Progress photos are great but a video diary of progress in training is just as important.

  7. Ability to edit start time and workout duration

    It's great the time tracking feature added, but can we please add the ability to change start / end time on at least the trainer side. This will help better track time with the client, and works around issues such as the app crashing / losing data.

  8. Option to manage labels

    Option to manage labels of “workouts” to “movement” or “meal plan” to “Nourishment” for clients who have struggled with dysmorphia, eating disorders, or disordered ways of viewing and treating their bodies and now have broken relationships with the words “workout” and “diet/meal plan” and the traditional ways of fitness

  9. change my fitness pal calendar

    The change to the calendars which is shows "4 meals" added instead of the calories from my fitness pal is the worst thing ever. Would love a change back. Makes it more time consuming for our coaches

  10. We need Notifications for progress pics and body stat updates

    You guys needs to have notifications for progress pics and body stat updates, this is super important as most trainers adjust plans based on what clients stays and pics look like. Please do this simple thing.

  11. Can you please make it available for us to program a particular day every 8 days?

    It would save me lots of time from having to manually schedule a muscle group to train every 8 days.

  12. Post milestone badges in groups

    Right now, the only settings is to see when everyone completes a programmed or cardio workout and their milestone achievements in group messages. I would like to filter out that they complete workouts because it just blasts people nonstop. I would like to only have it mention milestone achievements so the group can support the achievement.

  13. Admins can have program work outs on their admin account

    I have to switch back snd fourth to use trainerize for myself, yall should allow for admins to be ale to have work outs.

  14. Synchronise Food notes from My Fitness Pal

    It would be great if food notes which clients add in their My Fitness Pal dairy could be synchronised. Sometimes they add notes that would assist with the coaching. My clients add things like: "was still feeling hungry after this meal", "meal out" etc.

  17. Weight History

    Availability to see history of each exercise weight used. It would be nice to see the complete history of weight used for each exercise vs just the last time it was logged directly in the workout

  18. add manual exercise if a client is in a program

    If a client is subscribed to a program, it would be nice if there was a way to possibly add an additional exercise if the client needs a little extra boost. I only see the client can add freestyle workout on their own thus far.

  19. pictures posted in workouts

    Allow for clients to upload pictures and Gifs into workout comments. For Example; Myzone Heart rate monitor pic in workout comments, or a gif to express how that felt!

  20. Audio added to workouts

    Add audio to workouts, for example when clients do EMOM workouts it would be great if the reps are read out so clients don’t have to stop and check how many reps to complete.
