timer upgrade
two things I'd like to see with the timer:
1) I would like to enter my own times, or for there to be a much wider variety of times, like every 5 seconds or so.
2) I would like to edit the rest times in the progressions like I can edit sets/reps. Example: I would like to increase reps and lower rest over the course of a block, or lower reps and increase rest over the course of a block.2 votes -
Let us see 'Start next Monday' details!!
Currently, when my clients sign up to a 'Start next Monday' programme, there is no information available. I appreciate that for the client, I don't want them seeing anything ahead of time on bootcamps or such, but for me to not even be able to see anything to check there's no issues is frustrating.
Even if this is by design, I still can't help but feel like something is wrong, and saying 'it will just turn up' makes me feel like I'm winging it.
I simply want to be able to click into a client and see that their stuff…

Automatically 'check off' step habit using data from clients health app
Currently a client can complete a step goal, but has to manually 'check off' the habit
It would be awesome if you could create a step goal for a client, that automatically registers when they hit the target, rather than having to manually tick that they hit the goal.
the data is already being pulled in, hopefully its a straightforward addition!

Total Volume for each major muscle within a program
When the word "volume" is used in sport science research, it is referring to the number of total hard working sets per week (a hard working set is a set taken with 5 reps from failure). Yes this means that "high volume" means a lot of working sets, not a lot of reps.
In order to track and progress volume, it would be good to see the number of sets sets programmed on a per muscle group basis. At the moment, the only way to do this is to manually count sets.

Show group level metrics of improvement. Leave some comments what group analytics you want to view based on your workflows.

Ability to track servings or portion of vegetables/protein through the day
Right now, it's yes/no. It's better if the user could add a serving throughout the day to track their veggie/protein intake etc.

Habit reminders at specific times
I'd love to be able to set up reminders to pop up at specific times of day so clients don't have to also set up alarms and reminders in their own calendars

Colour Code Clients Based On Tags
I have a number of clients assigned to different programmes. It would be ideal to be able to identify them at a glance through colour coding. I would be able to see which clients have a 1-1 (increased contact) option and so need more check in. The tags are all grey in colour so they don't identify individual attributes that I need to account for

More workouts to choose from.
I wish there was more already designed workouts with minimal equipment. Or that I can type in the equipment my clients have and what body part they are working and it would populate a workout that I could tweak.

Longer group posts
The posts in groups are limited to basically the length of Twitter posts. I can’t be very informative in that kind of post. I’d rather it be more like Facebook - longer!!

Messenger Chatbox
Have a similar feature to Facebook where you can access your messages on any page. It's a hassle switching back and forth to messages amongst doing other things. Having chat boxes in the bottom right would be so convenient.
