This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Link an appointment to a workout

    When add a workout to a day you should be able to add an appointment inc time, this should have a counter so when clients book say 10 sessions each appointment gets deducted from balance this should be visible on each clients profile

  3. Would love to see a "peek" feature or where I can see at a glance how my existing clients are doing for the day.

    I want to be able to communicate efficiently with my clients. It would make the chat feature easier to use if I knew at a glance how my clients were doing.

  4. Be able to enter any number for portion guide. Currently limited numbers 1-6.

    The dropdown list only goes to 6. Can we get a scroll to go to higher numbers? I have clients who need 7 and 8 palms of protein. Thanks.

  6. Message analytics and reporting like response times, volume

    We're receiving a huge amount of data in the form of messages but it's not possible to do anything smart with that information. The option to export messages or manipulate it would be great, as would the ability to utilise built in analytics to see response times, tag key-words, count the number of messages each day/week/month. Even the option to replace the built-in chat with a third party service like Intercom would do the job.

  7. Allow clients to build meals in the app.

    Allow the client to build their own meals by selecting their protein, carbs, and fat from a menu and then utilizing a sliding bar to adjust quantity to fulfill macro requirements. Build an extensive food library to choose from, food packaging QR code’s to scan to get macro nutrition quantities for each item.

  12. Trainerize has no fields available for Client Phone numbers or addresses. I need this info in order to contact Clients quickly rather than

  13. Improved data reporting capabilities

    Ability to export and manipulate detailed reports of clients. For example, client details including compliance rates, days until end of program, product they've purchased, payment schedule, start date etc etc

  15. allow clients to leave a tip for their trainer

    Add a tip option to payments at checkout. There is a discount code box but it would be nice if there were also an area where clients can leave their trainer a tip.

  17. Trend Line For body weight Progress

    Would love it if there was a quick button that would generate a trendline based on the data points provided. Especially for long-term weight loss, it's great to be able to show the trend so clients can better understand weight fluctuations and long-term progress.

  18. Video Messages when on Desktop

    It'd be awesome to be able to do video messages from desktop, so I don't have to go back and forth on mobile a ton, and since it would upload a lot faster than on mobile.

  19. Clients Changing Calories instead of you as the Trainer

    Could we please have a function that allows the Client to change their set calories in the plan.

    When selling pre-made programs to clients it would be good if the client can not only log their workouts but also nutrition and make necessary changes if need be.

    That way when we sell pre-made programs we can also value add by giving them the option of tracking their calories as well

    We’re keeping this set to ‘Not Right Now’, as this isn’t something we have any immediate plans to implement since this is a trainer driven platform. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

  20. Customising the body measurements to areas of the body we personally use as coaches.

    Currently there are a number of measurements being asked for that we dont use that would be great to be able to delete and others that would be great to add
