This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. More snack ideas on balanced macro split

    I only ever see the same snack options to pick when having “balanced” macros which most my clients have yet there are soooo many options in discover or popcorn / fruit and whipped cream can’t be given on “balanced” macros? The other macro spilts are too high protein so I mainly use balanced - but lack of snacks.

  3. customizing sample days

    Is there a way that we can make it so the calories can be different for different sample days of the meal plan? ie: Day 1 higher calories Day 2 lower (and, maybe be able to label them- instead of Day 1 could change it do something else like Training day or Non Training Day)

  4. Allow clients to add their own goals/habits and update their own progress with the goals. At present this is only possible with the coach.

    I think this would help to increase accountability and create a conversation between coach and client which is client led

  5. Allowing more then one snack to be an option on the Smart meal planner

    It would be nice on the meal planner if I could add a snack when it is under 1400 calories instead of just 3 meals .

  6. App for self-managed users

    I was introduced to this app last year through my wellness coach. She set me up with an account and plan and I loved the ease of use of the app. Some things I found really helped me to push myself was the daily goal checklist, the workout videos and library to swap out exercises, the visibility of tracking, and the integration with other health apps (apple health, watch, and myfitness pal). I finished my 6month program and felt confident and more knowledgable to continue on my wellness journey alone (which is really the goal of the program). Since November…

    The app doesn’t let trainers trim videos in the app, o pretty ridiculous. And you can only use landscape videos, wtf does that even mean

  11. Spread Sheet Programming format

    It would be great to allow for a better view of all workouts in a program. Currently you have to open multiple tabs to see what other days are doing. A cleaner view with all exercises and scheduled workouts would be much easy to program for clients with.

  12. Have female example videos for ALL exercises

    I’m a female trainer with an all-female clientele. The guy that demonstrates the exercises is great but I can’t help feeling it causes an issue with my branding. I know my audience would prefer to see a female executing the exercises so it’s more relatable. Please please let’s see more female videos.

  13. Add a ten second chime to signal rest period coming to an end.

    During rest periods, an added chime at "10 seconds remaining" to signal the nearing end of the rest period. This will signal the client to return to position and prepare for the next set when the rest period is over.

  17. Ability to create and save small sequence of exercises, and load them in workout builder

    I think it would be useful having the ability to create small sequences of exercises (ex. 3-4 mobility exercises for hyperlordosis) and save them in a specific database...
    ..So when I create/modify a workout I should just load the specific sequence I need instead of inserting every single exercise one at a time

  18. Adding in a space for clients to journal their weekly check ins/workouts/Nutrition

    By having a part of their Trainerize app for them to journal down their thoughts, feelings and an example of what habits have they inculcated will help me connect with them on a deeper level

  19. discount code "Terms" wording

    when trainer creates a discount code for recurring products and sets duration to be valid for 1 week, trainers would like better wording advising of actual logic. Terms currently show as "100% off, on first week"

    Common issue is if product billing is set to monthly, clients receive 100% discount code for full month as opposed to 1 week.

  20. Allow coaches to see/edit full workouts on the calendar screen

    When programming for a client seeing the "bigger picture" is very helpful. It can be extremely tedious going back to the programs tab and editing each workout or having to check back with other workouts to ensure there isn't any unnecessary exercise overlap between training sessions. Allowing coaches to program on the calendar screen would be a huge boost to productivity.
