This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Make it possible to set different daily nutrition goals for carb/calorie cycling

    In the client daily nutrition goals we can only create a blanket goal. It would be awesome to have a feature where you can set days with different nutritional goals

  3. Meal planner targeted more towards the UK market with measurements and ingreidents not in the usa format

    A UK version of the meal planner with ingredients and wording suited to the UK market most of the meals I would not give to my clients because even I don't know what they are. like whats a sheet pan??? or Skillett and the measurements are all in cups we don't use cups here

  4. Alert coaches when an exercise was recently programmed for a client

    Alert coaches when an exercise was recently programmed for a client when making new programming. This will save time when creating new programs for clients as it won't be necessary to look back at all previous to make sure exercises aren't being repeated too much.

  7. Customized Nutrition Plans

    The meal recipes are great but I have a lot of people who want it basic and also as a coach I believe it is important to be able to customize the foods more like to build your own nutrition plan with our own knowledge on what the client needs. Most of my clients want this and not the recipes and it allows us as coaches to teach clients to be able to have more meals and not just 3 in 1400 calories for example.   9. Trainer / nutritionist writes in specific macros and caloric intake

    We need to be able to input calories and macros in detail. Like 1,245 not just 1,400 and we should be able to set calories lower than 1,400.

  10. Be able to customize "payment failure" message

    The payment failure messages are worded incredibly harsh. I would like to be able to customize them, just like we are able to with every other automated message. Not sure why this is an option for all automated messages EXCEPT this one?

  12. client should be able to cancel their booked appointments

    Clients are able to book sessions but not remove themselves if they can't make it to the workout. I can remove them from it, but they can't do it themselves.

  13. Edit welcome message before sending

    I had to turn off the welcome messages entirely because for many clients I need to make small changes that are relevant to the package they buy. I end up sending welcome messages via email instead. It would be great to do everything through trainerize and have the option to edit the welcome message template prior to sending it out (without altering the entire message template) so if I need to add or remove an details for one particular new client it will be easy to do so without changing the entire auto message and then changing it back after…

  16. Automatically start the rest timer after a set

    I think it would be cool if it automatically started as well as had a big timer on half of the screen or something so it's obvious where your rest timer is at.

  17. Give the app the same features as the site

    The app has significantly less features on the coaches side than the site, it feels almost useless to have the app when you have to go back to the website constantly to access features not present on the app

  18. measurements

    Need a better way to see all the measurements vs last week all in one place, rather than clicking in to every measurement page. We used Apotheo previously and the check-in process is so streamlined because last week's biometrics vs. this week's to see the change as well as from the start to this week so you can truly see overall change. That would be amazing and save so much time digging through all of the unnecessary pages!

  19. Show macros along with calories in the Discover Meal library meal previews

    It would be helpful to show macros along with calories in the Discover Meal library meal previews. Currently you have to click on each meal to preview this info. It makes building plans time consuming.

  20. Enable trainer organization of master exercise library

    There are a lot of great exercise options in the Trainerize master library, but there are also a lot of exercises that I will never assign to my clients. It'd be very helpful if there were a better way for trainers to organize their exercise library. Some suggestions:
    - Enable trainers to organize exercises into folders (similar to how workouts can be organized into folders) and/or
    - Enable trainers to add their own tags to exercise so trainer has more control over what is filtered in/out while searching for exercises
