This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  5. Be able to see averages for macros and calories

    I’d love to be able to see the average calories and macros that my clients have logged through myfitnesspal. And when you change from 1 month report to 3 and to 6 the averages change accordingly.

  6. Being able to Add Custom Branded Habit building videos

    With a custom branded app, the need for custom habit videos is a necessity. Habits are a huge part of online coaching and adding custom content would allow us to create new selling point while integrating our likeness even more

  7. Ability to let clients pay in their currency of their country of residency

    If businesses operate in multiple countries, with different currencies, it would be more optimal, not so costly, and more familiar for people, if they could pay in their currency of their country of residency. This functionality is already part of Stripe and works through Stripe directly, just to choose other currencies, it's not yet part of the Trainerize Pay automation. I would suggest to create a functionality as part of the Trainerize Pay automation, where trainers would be able to choose between multiple currencies and so to change the currency.

  8. Allow for the tracking of "net carbs"

    Allow specifically the tracking of carbohydrates that count toward energy and significantly impact blood sugar levels (i.e. Total Carbs - Fibers - Sugar Alcohols)

  9. Ability to plan out muscle group volume by sets

    It can be challenging to calculate just how much volume a particular muscle group will receive in a workout and week. It would be great if the app could graph how many sets a particular muscle group will be exposed to in a workout and across the week when planning training programs. It would greatly benefit stimulus/fatigue management. I can't imagine this being too difficult to implement as the exercise library already has the main muscle groups for an exercise recorded; it would just need to calculate total sets per muscle group and graph/table it.

  10. Coaching section with PDFs, Videos, Sheets (Excel, Google) that you can schedule into calendar

    I like trainerize for the training programs/plans/periodization but what is missing is the section to share documents/videos with clients which you actually can schedule into the calendar (This is basically what PT distinction has and does well). If I need to do that I have to share links through habits which will connect people to google drive, its possible to do it but its more complicated and not really user friendly. I suppose that you could just add section into the habit section (subsection where we can add videos and pdf and schedule it clients in theirs calendars and if…

  13. Graduate a client - Export their data

    When a client "graduates" and completely stops training with you, it would be nice with a "Graduate" button which exports all his workouts (nicely, so he could print it), all his stats, meal plan, etc., into 1 PDF file which you can e-mail to them.

    The export could have settings to choose which training plan to export, or choosing what time period.

    The file could even have a nice front page, and a "About your trainer" section, a list of Personal Bests, links to social media, etc,.

  14. When you track a workout have the previous workout reps/weight show on the screen

    When my clients are tracking their stats their previous workout info doesn't show, so they can't do the workout and track at the same time since it doesn't show what weight/reps they did last time.

  15. Let clients self-move their master program start date if they are sick

    I usually program my clients for two weeks at a time. Every now and then, they miss a workout and now their whole program is messed up. I have to manually delete every workout and then re-add all the workouts. Usually, the client ends up doing the same routine, just pushed back a day.

    If you could, make their a way to select the workouts in the calendar and then add an option that says move forwards one day, back one day, back two days, back three days, back one week.

  17. Create an AUTOMATIC Push Notification reminding clients to preform a workout

    There should be an automatic push notification to a clients phone if a client hasn't worked out in 7 days...similar to Myfitnesspal push notifications reminding people to log their food.
    So a push notification for:
    Client NOT completing a workout in 7 days
    &
    Client not logging food in X Days

    This should all be on the clients side.

  18. Make it easier for clients to see appointment availability! Please :)

    Right now when clients are looking for availability they see a calendar and have to click on each day hoping they pick a day that has availability.

    Highlighting days that have slots available on the calendar view would be really helpful!

  19. Easier for clients to add food to the diary:

    a quick add button on the main page to add food to the diary; it would be great if they could just use this app for tracking food, but the feedback im getting is that my fitness pal is so much easier to add food to, on this app they have to go through lots of options instead of just being able to click once and be on the add food/ scan barcode section.
