Clients tracking Sickness or injuries on the calendar
I wish clients could record on the calendar how they’re feeling for the day so we know when they’re sick, injured, unmotivated, discouraged.... It would be nice when reviewing their calendar to see this and know why there's a gap in workouts or that we should reach out to them.

View progress in Progression spreadsheet
When creating a progression, I'd like to see the last time a client tracked that particular exercise or workout, that way, I can easily progress sets, reps and weight

Creating Workouts Auto-Save
It would be really handy to have an auto save function when creating workouts as I lose all content if my internet connection goes down.

drop and drag programs onto exercise days.
Currently the system is very labor intensive. If I have a program that looks like this ABA BAB I have to enter each day individually into the calendar.
Plus if I wish to enter an exercise like walking each day, I have to enter in each day, again adding to my work load. I simple tick like " do you want this program to be scheduled everyday?" would solve this.Ryan

Reports based on total volume/load
Would like to be able to define a "preferred graph default".
I mostly use "load" to look at total volume and have to reselect every single update or graph since "max weight" is the default (and is getting old). I do not usually have clients changing load within one workout -and when I do it is a planned RM progression like in the conjugate 5-3-1 process.) I would like to select Load as my default
The Monthly grid "clips: at 10 sets and i would like it to go to whatever I have assigned. For instance, In density protocol, it…

Incorporate WHOOP / Athlytics style Morning Readiness & Strain / Effort
Trainerize is already connected to every metric that Apple/Garmin push to it so it would be great to incorporate;
- Morning readiness score
- Sleep quality score
- Strain/effort scoreThese can be incredibly valuable metrics for clients to monitor their effort levels each day and determine how hard to push in each session - or in fact, which session to do
From this information, the client can make the decision to;
- Increase/decrease sets
- Increase/decrease effort/intensity
- Perform a recovery sessionBased on sleep stages available on Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP & Oura we can make more accurate…

Adjust the quantities/servings of each food before adding to diary like in my fitness pal, instead of at the end
Once I've searched a food in the search bar, I want to be able to click on the food and change the quantity and serving size before clicking “next” and then having to adjust it all right at the end.
It would make things flow smoother if we could just adjust quantities from the start like My Fitness Pal.

Longer videos in the attachment section of the client's profile
In the attachment section of the client's profiles, there is a limit of around 8mb (1 minute max, sometimes even less, 50 seconds or so) for video uploads. This section would be really useful for any trainers that want to upload mobility tests that clients have done to track their progress. This way the trainer can track how the client has progressed from the start. This is the same for any exercises that the client may have had issues with. They can be uploaded at the start, be worked on with the trainer, and then upload new videos of the…

Allow clients to update payment info/cancel WITHIN the mobile app
Even though they can cancel/update payment info through the website version of the app, no one understands this and it is confusing. Especially for custom branded apps.
I currently have to either step them through the process of logging into the web version and finding where to cancel or update info, or (most often) just do it myself.
There is also no direct link to the web version when they click on the "Payment Information" and "My Purchases" under the MORE screen. It simply says "Please sign in through the web app to manage your payment information".
Even if canceling…

Allow Habit Coaching without Fitness Coaching
I am both a health coach and fitness coach. I'd love to use Trainerize to allow my non-fitness clients to simply track habits, with no access to the Fitness portion of Trainerize.

Copy and paste workouts
I would love to be able to copy and paste workouts and adjust them as needed for the following. Versus having to retype the whole workout over and over when progressing a client.
