It would be great if we could download progress pics so that we can do before and afters for our clients

Allow the trainer to set the weight each set should be preformed
Allow weight sets reps all to be individual boxes instead of combined in the notes tab and allow the weight and reps to be modified for every set by the trainer

Make it possible to hide workouts from clients dashboard/calendar until completed
I wish you could have an option to hide workouts from a clients calendar until they are completed. I like to put 3-4 weeks of workouts in at a time and don't want my client to see what they are. Maybe it would be good to have a label that says Private Training, that only a coach can view, and when completed, they can then view it.

Allow workout stats to be tracked without a wireless connection
The wifi in my gym isn't always great, so I do all my programming from home. If I already have a workout ready to go I would like to be able to track stats without my iPad being connected to the wifi, then just automatically synch with everything again (like Google drive) when I reconnect to the Internet.

Ability to Print / Email Consultation Form to use as a PAR-Q
Until there is a seperate PAR-Q form, would be great to be able to print the consultation form out. Then we can edit it and add waiver information, print and get client to sign it.

Drag and drop feature
Having the ability to drag and drop from a favorite exercise list would be much easier to establish workouts.
Additionally, incorporating periodized programs into this system is difficult in the current format.
Can we add a tier system so you can do a workout and then add/swap exercises, sets and reps, but keep the same format.
Example:
Workout 1, Tier 1 Squats 3x10; Bench press 3x10
Workout 1, Tier 2 Squats 4x8; Bench Press 4x8
Workout 1, Tier 3 Squats 5x5; Bench Press 5x5v/r

Allow swap out from lunch to dinner and vice-versa e.g the client can eat last nights dinner as lunch the next day.

Have the ability to change calorie quantities on different days for clients instead of averaged out across the week. This will help with clients that like to consume more calories on different days, eg. Saturday and Sunday

🔥 We Need Threaded Conversations on the Community Board (like on Facebook)
Right now, the community board only allows standalone comments. There’s no way to reply directly to a post or keep a conversation together. This makes it hard to actually have a conversation; discussions end up scattered, and clients lose interest quickly.
On platforms like Facebook, threaded replies and “hot conversations” (the most active threads) rise to the top. This keeps communities alive, makes it easy for new members to jump in, and builds real engagement.
Adding threaded conversations to Trainerize would let us:
Boost client engagement and retention
Keep conversations organized and easy to follow
Create stronger, more connected communities…

Nutrition target phases
Hey all! My suggestion is to add phases to nutrition targets just like you can add phases/cycles to a training program. Eg. 8 week calorie deficit, 2 weeks of maintenance, then another 8 week calorie deficit etc.
With a big group of clients it can be pretty challenging to stay on top of who is ready to transition to maintenance or a diet break and back to their calorie deficit, resulting in lots of screenshots on my desktop to keep track of their deficit and maintenance calories between their phases as we currently have to edit their existing target manually,…

Creat your own meal plan!?!?
When paying for the advanced nutrition feature, or even without it, you should have the ability to create your own meal plan so that it is fully customisable to the client! Number of meals, meal names, visibility over macro/micro breakdown as you build it out, and the ability to drag and drop both your own and the trainerize recipes into the plan. You should also be able to just add foods to the plan for example a yoghurt and banana as a snack - rather than having to make that a meal then add it. This need to be actioned…

Change macros to a food at is already in the app to match closer to yours
One suggestion you could make for the app design: allow custom food option to have a feature that reads the nutrition facts from the label that you could edit after if necessary

When editing times of repeat bookings have the option to re-schedule all events in series or only one

Allow clients to move habits to different days
Allow clients to move habits to different days on their schedule, just like they can with their workouts. For example: You log 3 'active recovery' habits on the days you haven't scheduled their workouts. If they need to move the workout day themselves, they can, but they'd also need to move their 'active recovery' habit to their new rest day.

side-by-side photos
How are side-by-side comparison photos not a feature enabled on desktop yet? Come on guys? This is such a low-hanging fruit. The fact I have to go to my mobile to screenshot and then upload to a separate powerpoint to show my clients their progress...this alone has driven me to explore other platforms. This has been requested for years and instead the focus has been on other random small low-benefit items for trainers.

Checkin Clients to Classes and weekly reports on attendance
Allow us to check clients in and if they no show send them an automated message. At the end of the week create a report to see which clients didnt show up for all their workouts that their plan is (2x or 3x a week) so we can reach out to them.
