Phase habits
Would be great to expand and have more character to go over habits. Additionally to be able to either phase these and or place them into a master program.
So the program has workouts along with habits all together. I deal with mindset habits I have clients do that are good for anyone despite goal so having these already programmed in and option to phase would be great!

Allow people outside app to find me as a trainer in the app & sign up with me as a client via the app
It would be great to have the ability for people searching for a trainer to find me within the app without me having to invite them as a client. So, for example, some person is searching on Google and they see an ad for me within the Trainerize app, and they can click on it and become a client of mine through an application, but right now we have to invite people and our clients to the app. Where is this could get trainers more clients and trainerize more users.

Continuous winning streak on habits
If the client forgets to update their winning streak on the day they can't update the next day and it goes back to 0, which is the most unmotivating thing for them and most complained about as people do stop sometimes. It takes something as little as this to upset that initial motivation.

Voicenotes on messaging
Please can you include the option for trainers (and clients) to add voicenotes on the messaging feature to save time (like on WhatsApp?) Many thanks!

Separate auto-messages and events for 2 way and 1 way client types
It would be nice to have a separate welcome email / e-consultation form / auto-messages for the two different client types. When offering high and low ticketed products, a coach may want the auto-messages and events to look different for those two different offerings.

Adding the option to add more time to video meetings
In the video meeting, I’d like to see about having the option to add more time if we’re running out of time, but need more time, instead of being cut off and then having to reconnect. Maybe by 10-minute increments

Be able to print the Progression spreadsheet
This will allow you to track & see (all in one sheet) what your client has done in previous weeks while you are on the floor with them in their session.
I am currently copying the tracking sheet from the previous week onto a blank tracking sheet for the current session, so I can see what they did last week.7 votes -

Add the ability to add weight for banded exercises
Many brands have weighted bands. With as many home workouts occur, please allow the ability for clients/trainers to input the weight of bands that the client uses/should be using.

Have a seperate photo section in groups like files section
It would be nice to have a photo grid within a photo section of groups, just as there is for PDF files. This way, clients can easily navigate back to photos shared in a group. Similar to whatsapp or facebook messenger.

Increase max interval time from 30 mins
Can only prescribe runs for a maximum interval time of 30 mins, anything more than 3/4 hours would be great! i work with alot of endurance athletes so they could use the additional time frame!
This will be an easy fix im sure!

Integrate Smart Meal Plan grocery list with Cozi
It would be great to be able to generate a grocery list from the Smart Meal Planner and integrate it with Cozi.

"Find and Replace" exercise within clinets program
Client get's injured, I have to take out deadlifts and replace them with something else. Instead of going through all of the workouts in the program and switching this manually, this option would find all of the deadlifts in the program and replace them with a chosen exercise.
Also great for equipment variations. Ex. I have a master program built out with barbell squat. They don't have a barbell available. I can just go in and replace all the barbell squats with dumbbell squat.
This would save SO MUCH FREAKING TIME with workout customization.

Turn off auto-posting to groups for some clients
Rather than only being able to have auto-posts turned on or off, have the ability to turn it off for those who do not want that information being shared to the group, while leaving it on for others.

Ability to type in certain foods to exclude
Clients want to exclude cottage cheese and legumes.

Allow clients to self-book 60-minute appointments at both full-hour and half-hour marks
Currently, 60-minute appointments can only be booked at the hour mark (11:00, 12:00, 1:00, etc) unless either one of the following is applied:
- A 30-minute appointment is booked beforehand
- If trainer availability starts on a half-hour mark (9:30, 10:30, etc)
However, if one of the following above is applied clients will only be able to book 60-minute appointments on half-hour marks for the rest of the day.
It would be most convenient if it could be possible for clients to freely book 60-minute appointments on both the full-hour and half-hour mark by default

The Meal Plan and Recipes should not exceed Client's daily caloric needs
Currently, the new meal plan and recipe daily caloric amount exceeds the 1400 calorie amount for my client.
