This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to add nutrition advice notes somehere

    It would be helpful to add nutrition note for ingredients swaps knowing what your clients like or should avoid.
    I dont recommend sweetners but choose more natural choices and would like to give my clients that advice as a note to the recipe.

  2. AI generated posts sending inappropriate messages

    Some of the automatic posts are inappropriate and not listed as a feature I can turn off. For example an AI generated post sent messages to my patients saying since you didn't respond, I guess we aren't a good fit! As if I am firing my patient! This needs to be fixed immediately. There is no way to turn off this feature under events. IT has already checked into it.

  3. Add ability to prescribe Pre workout meal / post workout meal

    Add options for Pre workout meal / post workout meal and more snacks. Some clients need to eat more than 4 times a day and they should be able to track more than just 4 categories so we as coaches can look at nutrient timing.

  4. Hide the name of the habit in auto-posts in groups/challenges

    Clients might not want others in the group or challenge to see what kind of habit they are performing. Instead of completely hiding all habit completed auto-posts, allow auto posts but hide the name of the habit as it's very individual thing per client.

  5. Transferring programs to other clients but the schedule in calendar also transfers as well as daily habits

    When transferring a program to new client, have the workouts automatically go into the calendar as to the schedule. Also have the daily habits transfer over into the calendar as well to save time

    I can't believe as a fitness / weight loss app, that there isn't a way to easily see total pounds lost for a client and or total inches lost.

  7. Be able to pay your team members in the app.

    Wouldn't it be nice if you could pay your team members right in the app instead of taking it to a different software or cutting checks each month. Would this even be possible or to say pay your team members a percentage of the money that comes in for their clients?

  8. option to provide the client with a weight for an exersize based of a percentage of their 1 rep max and for the app to auto calculate this

    make an option to tell your client what weight to use on a specific exercise, however the option should allow you to input the 1 rep max and a percentage and the app should auto calculate this and set the correct weight for my client to lift.

  9. Start Workout

    On the dashboard, when a client starts a workout there is a start workout button and it is a continuous flow of the workout. So it simultaneously goes from one exercise to the next including rest periods and videos and the client can pause the workout during.

  10. Organizing responses/ interaction in group hub.

    I think it would be helpful if the group hubs could function like facebook when it comes to filtering through multiple post. The current feature only has one ongoing thread - - so if I (the coach) have a few posts in a day, and I generate a significant amount of feedback, it just looks like a long list of replies as you scroll down the page (that can be a turn off for some/ harder to sort through). Whereas on facebook if I have multiple post in a day, all replies are saved under that specific post, so the…

  13. Allow people outside app to find me as a trainer in the app & sign up with me as a client via the app

    It would be great to have the ability for people searching for a trainer to find me within the app without me having to invite them as a client. So, for example, some person is searching on Google and they see an ad for me within the Trainerize app, and they can click on it and become a client of mine through an application, but right now we have to invite people and our clients to the app. Where is this could get trainers more clients and trainerize more users.

  14. Use the smart meal planner WITHOUT calories & macros

    Be able to add custom meals and use the smart meal planner without calorie and macros inviolved.

    I'd like to be able to use the smart meal planner and custom meals feature but I use portion control and not calorie tracking with my clients. Having nutritional information attached to the plans and meals would complicate and confuse our portion control approach. I will only be able to use these features if I can create meal plans and add my own custom meals without having the information attached to it.

  15. add in a tempo section and make the “sets/reps” notes more clear

    Make the layout of the workout so that the sets and reps note from the trainer is more obvious. Also add in a separate tempo section.

  17. Calendar:

    Put the desktop version of the full calendar back for clients and coaches. I LOVED being able to open up their calendar, and in a quick view, see all that they had checked off for each day.

  19. Allow clients to add their own goals/habits and update their own progress with the goals. At present this is only possible with the coach.

  20. App for self-managed users

    I was introduced to this app last year through my wellness coach. She set me up with an account and plan and I loved the ease of use of the app. Some things I found really helped me to push myself was the daily goal checklist, the workout videos and library to swap out exercises, the visibility of tracking, and the integration with other health apps (apple health, watch, and myfitness pal).
