Challenge End Dates
I ran a bedtime digital detox challenge that ended on the 19th for programming but ended on the 18th for clients. The purpose of the challenge is to not use your phone before bed, needing to mark off yesterday's habit the following day. Many clients who marked off their final day (the 18th) on the 19th did not receive the point for it, even though the last day set for the challenge is the 19th. Keep the desktop version
With the desktop version you have the capacity to add attachments that are useful for your clients. It avoids having an entire new sequence, multiple places to send your clients to in order to get what they need for their coaching. I think removing this takes Trainerize away from being a holistic health platform. It used to be a point of difference and now other companies exceed Trainerize with the new update stating that desktop will go for clients. Be able to adjust an entire meal serving when tracking it vs having to adjust each ingredient individually.
It's a big pain for clients to have to add a meal and then go through each ingredeint and either 1/2 or double them depending on how many servings they had of that meal. It would be much better for them to be able to put in that they had 2 servings and for the app to automatically adjust the ingredients based on that.

Add a 'Rehab/Recovery' top-level category
Currently there are only 2 top-level categories: the blue square 'workouts' and the green circle 'cardio'. These categories are prominently displayed on the client dashboard in the 'activity by week' graphs and the 'all time completed' sections, as well as in the color coordinated calendar view.
It would be GREAT if you could add a category for 'recovery' activities that could also be tracked and managed in the same manner. Perhaps a yellow oval or a purple star? The color/icon shape doesn't matter. But Recovery is such a major part of any successful training program, and we would love to…

Allow clients to see the library of recipes
It would be helpful to have another tab in the client's view where they can search through all the recipes. It would give them more control over what they wanted to eat or inspiration on something new to try.
Some of my clients don't want a meal plan every day because they have families and need to cater to those needs. They just want to find a recipe that works.
Or others may have eaten outside the meal plan but still need to hit their macro goals. They could search up a snack recipe right then and there.

On-Demand for Basic Clients
I am trying to get my workout "club" into the virtual space - which means live workouts and on-demand workouts. Right now, they cannot be assigned to an on-demand library if they are basic clients. These are not individuals who want coaching services and just want access to the workouts they are used to in-person. I'm losing out on revenue by not being able to assign an on-demand library to them and I don't want them to take up individual coaching seats.
Maybe if there was a way to have an on-demand library that is not part of a master…

Separate Tab in Client Profile for Trainer Notes
A separate tab for Client Notes + being able to add photos specifically to notes (I'd like to be able to copy and paste an email email in here so I'm not digging through my emails to see what I last sent a client)

You can copy and paste emails into the notes space.
You can attach photos to the files section and we have no plans to be able to attach them to the notes.

Synchronize editing a workout in "workout builder" and "edit progression" with the workout in the calendar.
Ok listen,
A client needed to swap two exercises in his workout. It happens.
So I edited it in "Workout Builder". I also edited the number of reps in "edit progression". Problem solved. But no....
Even though the change of exercises occurred in both "Workout Builder" and in "Edit Progression", the client could not see this change of exercises in his calendar. So my suggestion is:

Allow group members to check off the WOD as completed in the preview of the WOD
In the group, some of my clients attend an in-person group WOD class and some perform the WOD posted in the group on their own. Currently, a group member has to actually start the workout and "play" through it in order for it to auto-post in the group that they completed the workout. It would be easier, especially for my in-person class members, if they could check it off as complete in the preview of the WOD, so that it posts as completed in the group. Expanded Programing Screen
When I input exercises into the workout the names of exercises get cut off. Sometimes exercise variations have nearly identical names and having the names cut off makes it more tedious to manage. I've tried "zooming out" on the browser but that changes the size of the exercise database more than improving the actual workout layout

Photos need to be visible in phone app, much higher res in desktop
I can't see my client's photos. They're not visible in the phone, way too small in the desktop. I'm having them send me photos in other messenger services so I can see them.

Stock messages
I send the same or similar messages over and over. Currently I have them saved in my notes on my phone and computer. But I would love to be able to create a list of stock messages I can scroll through when messaging clients about missed workouts, meal tracking, habits, etc.

Stronger Point Of Sale & Billing Features + Contract Generation
With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.
Contract Generation - Products should have the ability to add a contract. It should auto-fill client info and allowed it to be signed in app or printed out to be signed.
Stronger Point Of Sales - Allowing partial payments at sign up/payment plans. Custom billing dates, split payments, pay for another member, etc.
Billing Features - Many of the above being able to be edited, pausing/freezing memberships, refunding items to account, applying account balance…

Better filtering in meal Discovery
More filtering options in the Discovery / Meals. I have clients that won't use this because they have to scroll through too many meals/recipes to find what they are looking for. Being able to have a keyword search, or more filtering options specifically by ingredient, like chicken, eggs, tofu, etc. would be very helpful.
