What is trading and how does it work?
Trading is the buying and selling of financial assets like stocks, bonds, currencies, or commodities to earn a profit. It works by leveraging market fluctuations, where traders aim to buy at a lower price and sell at a higher price. Trading can occur on exchanges or over-the-counter markets and is conducted by individuals or institutions using platforms and tools. Key strategies include day trading, swing trading, and long-term investing. Platforms like tv.youtube.com/start provide educational content, market analysis, and live updates to help traders make informed decisions, ensuring they stay ahead in the dynamic world of financial markets.

Master Libraries}Master Habits}Nutrition Portion Guides} The 1st 4 out of the 5 submenu items list all the same nutrients sources for the 4 different human hand portion pics (under '?' symbol) = very misleading.

jpg or gifs for exercises/supersets/circuits that could put on video screens within a gym for group training
I set up stations in my gym and coach many clients during small group training. I'd love to have a jpg/gif or a web address that i could present on my smart tv's.

Single email for multiple family members (linked)
Please make it possible for multiple family members to use a single email address. I run a Kids/Youth Martial Arts Academy & most of my members have their siblings training also. Increasingly now I'm getting parents who trust my service also joining adult classes. It's not appropriate in many cases to expect the parent to monitor multiple email inboxes regarding all their kids messages & communication/app's etc. nor is it appropriate to expect parents to allow their younger kids to have communication within an APP on their private email address & phone (they all need to be supervised by parent mostly). Additionally I have adult members who I want to assign as Trainers & again only 1 email should be required to do both.
Another work around could be to provide a link that connect all the family emails to a 'Master Email' (this could be a check box option with every signup). It would become the default email that all linked accounts copied all communications to.Additional question would be can a parent monitor their multiple kids accounts including visit pass tracking & messages from coach (with different emails) from a singular Trainerize APP login?

Updates to program features
Issue: It is restrictive with the settings for the exercises you are putting into a program, these are the added functionality that would improve programming
Manual Times for exercise time: to be able to set time manually and/or have more options in the drop down e.g. 40min, 45min, 50min and longer and have minutes 1 - 20min
Create Workout Stations - to have the ability to make a superset within a circuit e.g. where you have 5 stations set up and each station has 2 exercises they workout on each station for 3 minutes before moving onto the next station

Trainer / nutritionist writes in specific macros and caloric intake
We need to be able to input calories and macros in detail. Like 1,245 not just 1,400 and we should be able to set calories lower than 1,400.

View trainer calendar
Clients should be able to view trainer calendar availability without having to go through the booking appointment process and check each individual day for potential openings.
They should be able to see all available openings for the week and have the option to then book in to them.19 votes -
No instant messages on the challenges for motivation.
The challenges should have a way for the trainer to put motivational messages to keep everyone involved in the challenge.

Be able to customize "payment failure" message
The payment failure messages are worded incredibly harsh. I would like to be able to customize them, just like we are able to with every other automated message. Not sure why this is an option for all automated messages EXCEPT this one?

Common Exercises with a Dip Station Home Gym
A dip station home gym is a piece of fitness equipment designed for performing dips, an effective bodyweight exercise primarily targeting the triceps, shoulders, and chest. It’s a versatile and compact piece of equipment that allows for various upper-body exercises in a home workout setting.
Benefits of a Dip Station Home Gym
Upper Body Strength:
Dips effectively work the triceps, pectorals, and deltoids, making them an excellent choice for developing upper body strength.Muscle Building:
Dips are a great way to build muscle in the upper body, especially for the triceps and chest. By adjusting your body position or adding extra weight, you can progressively overload the muscles for growth.Core Engagement:
While performing dips, your core is engaged to stabilize your body, making dips also a good exercise for strengthening the abdominal muscles.Improved Joint Health:
When done correctly, dips can improve shoulder and elbow joint mobility, providing functional strength that benefits overall movement and posture.Space-Efficient:
Dip stations home gyms are often compact and take up little space, making them ideal for home gyms with limited room.Versatility:
Aside from traditional dips, dip stations can be used for other exercises like push-ups, leg raises, knee raises, muscle-ups, and straight-arm dips.Features to Look for in a Dip Station Home Gym
Stability and Durability:
The dip station home gym should be made of sturdy materials (like heavy-duty steel) to ensure it supports your body weight safely during exercises. Look for reinforced frames and wide, stable bases to prevent wobbling during dips.Adjustable Height:
Some dip stations home gym come with adjustable height settings for the handles. This allows you to tailor the dip station to your body size and the type of dip you want to perform (e.g., wide-grip dips or narrow-grip dips).Ergonomic Design:
The dip bars should be positioned comfortably to reduce strain on the shoulders and wrists. Ergonomically angled bars or padded grips can enhance comfort during use.Non-Slip Handles:
Look for stations with handles that have anti-slip coatings or padding for a secure grip during exercises, especially during sweat-inducing workouts.Weight Capacity:
Make sure the dip station home gym can support your weight, as well as any additional weight if you plan on adding extra resistance or using a dip belt.Space-Saving Features:
If you have limited space, choose a dip station that is compact and can be easily folded or stored. Some stations are designed to be wall-mounted, while others can be easily moved and stored when not in use.Multi-Functionality:
Some dip stations home gym include additional workout features like pull-up bars, push-up bars, or even ab straps for more varied exercises. A power tower can be an option if you want additional versatility.Common Exercises with a Dip Station Home Gym
Triceps Dips:
Primary exercise performed at a dip station home gym to target the triceps, chest, and shoulders.Chest Dips:
Perform the dip with a slight lean forward to emphasize the chest more.Leg Raises:
Use the dip station home gym for vertical knee raises or leg raises to target the lower abs.Pull-Ups (if applicable):
If your dip station includes pull-up bars, you can perform pull-ups to work the back, shoulders, and biceps.Push-Ups:
