Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Make it easier to swap/substitute exercises when programming

    It would be much easier for us coaches to swap/substitute similar exercises in and out as we create a program. Instead, we have to delete the old and search up a whole new exercise when replacing what a client did prior. This makes fluid exercise progression challenging for clients that like variety.

    If we could link together similar lifts / exercises and quickly toggle and swap in a new exercise it would be great.

  4. Confirm or deny a session booked by client..

    I would like to be able to say yes or no when someone books a session because I may have something else going on at that time that is not in my trainerized schedule so they automatically assume that they have a session and I might be going to lunch or something so if we could click confirm or deny and leave it pending until we do that as trainers that would help us and the clients stay on the same page

  6. Possible to upload videos on mentality and habit trainings.

    I help my clients to change their lifestyle and a big part of that is mindset training, it would be easier to have a library i can upload here and not just links.

  7. Weekly Averages

    Our clients and coaches need to be able to see weekly average calories, macros, weight, steps etc in order to provide the best value for our programs. This is crucial for our ability as coaches.

  9. Allow clients to put in goals + weight goals themselves

    I would LOVE the feature of letting the clients add in new goals themselves.

    I track my clients for every kilo they go down, and are micro-managing them to much.

    They love that feature, because they get hyped every time they go down a kilo.

    When it comes to goals, i have micro-goals in different exercises as squat, deadlift, pullups etc and if they could add the new goals reached, that would be so so much more good.

  10. Ability to pre-schedule habits to master programs

    Like workouts can be pre-scheduled for master programs, the ability to do the same in bulk (schedule multiple at once for the same time period) with habits would save me hours of time!

  12. insert informational guides/e-books for clients into a library

    a place like the exercise library but for guides/files etc the trainer created where clients can find everything gathered at once (for ex: a nutrition guide or how to learn the perfect technic etc)

  14. Inherit Light/Dark Mode from Account Settings on Login Screen

    Problem:
    A recent change to the login screen defaults it to dark mode, creating visibility issues for trainers using dark logos. This is particularly problematic for trainers who pay for a branded experience, as users encounter an "off-brand" experience upon logging into the portal. While the web app and mobile app adhere to the light/dark mode and logo preferences set in account settings, the login screen does not. This inconsistency undermines the seamless branding expected across the platform.

  15. Allow shortened URLs in messages

    Problem Statement:
    Currently, users cannot include clickable shortened URLs in messages via the mobile app. When a user attempts to share links from services like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, TinyURL, etc., the URLs are displayed as plain text. This results in long, unsightly URLs being pasted into chats, which can appear unprofessional.

  16. Payment plans

    the ability to charge an initial fee to start working for a client but have their actually monthly payments start when they have their program in hand. for example: a client wants to work with me it takes 1 week to get their plan going but I want cash in hand before I start working.. but I want their monthly charges to be withdrawn on the day of the month they receive their programming.

    I'm sure this has been requested before but I could not find it.

    Currently, the app provides timers for exercises with time-based targets, but there’s no quick way to manually access a timer for exercises that don’t have predefined targets. It would be incredibly helpful to have a quick-access timer feature directly within the Apple Watch app.

    This could work as:

    A stopwatch or countdown timer that users can start manually for any exercise.
    A button or shortcut integrated into the workout interface on the watch for ease of use.

  19. Expand the meal tracker database to foods and barcodes from EU and other countries

    Trainers from EU still use MFP because their database has way more foods (my clients are from Czech and Slovak republic and they use search in our native language). It'd be cool if you could use their database or even better, collaborate with Kalorické tabulky and their database, which is the most used meal tracker here - they have all the barcodes and foods that are sold in our grocery stores.
