This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Reviewing a workout through a date range when the workout is repeated more than once

    It would be great to be able to review a client's w/o when repeated more than once to see how the client has progressed over the weeks they have been repeating the workout. Eg Weights and reps.
    Example:
    A client is set a w/o to do once a week ver four weeks.

    If I want to review their progress after the four week period, I’d like to go to “Progress by workout”, select the w/o and the date range from beginning to end of the four weeks.

  2. session credits

    Session Credits Management:

    Ability to adjust session credits after they have been applied.

    Transfer Credits between clients. Give the ability for clients to transfer their sessions to someone else or share a package of sessions between clients.

  3. Dumbbell Incline Bench Row exercise wrong

    The dumbbell incline bench row exercise video in the system describes the execution of the exercise as curling the weight to shoulder level. It should be "drive your elbows first, pulling them towards the ceiling and back towards your ribcage".

  5. Please make the Oura and Zwift apps compatible with Trainerize.

    I have clients that are using both and unable to capture their information to include it in their profile. This would really be helpful as a coach. Thanks!

  8. Ability to change appointment type from in person to virtual under the same "event"

    I have clients that are sometimes in person, but switch to virtual sessions. At this time, if I switch them in the system, they won't get charged for a session- a client should be able to utilize their sessions however they'd like, and as a trainer it is important they get charged for the session (for obvious reasons). A 60 min session is a 60 min session no matter how the client chooses to use it.

  9. Allow Trainers to add and adjust clients meal logs.

    Some clients find that using the in-app tracker is too tedious and difficult to log meals on the go. If they don't log it at the moment they probably won't log it ever. Clients can send trainers a picture and brief description of their meal and the trainer can log it for them.

  10. The meal section as a coach you should have the option to make custom meal plans. Also the guys show the workouts very boring and basic they

    The guys showing the workout are very boring and basic not motivating they should be updated asap. Also as a coach we should have the option to creat and submit custom nutrition plans for our clients

  11. different color for group class and 1 on 1 appointment for calendar

    It would make it so much easier to distinguish 1-on-1 appointments and group classes if the color code was different on the calendar view. right now they both blue. if the group classes were green, yellow ornage or a different color it would be easier to see

  12. Meal Plan Generator for Custom Macros

    It would be super helpful to be able to use the meal plan generator for custom macros. Right now, the generator will only adapt to specific percentage breakdowns. Not every client falls into the 40-30-30 umbrella or the other options available.

  13. MyFitness Pal is not a great product because it subtracts their estimated calories burned during a workout from the calories eaten

    I would love to see an integration with Carbon Diet Coach. It dials in their macros and it doesn't subtract their exercise calories burned from their total calories. MyFitness Pal subtracts so it's not a true measure of what they are eating. At least what I see on my side.

    The grocery list is great! But for us Europeans it's very hard to understand how much spinach is needed if it says 2 cups. We have no idea. So please add the function of using grams and kgs as well.

  19. It is very hard to follow and coach with only protein, carbs and fat. Would it be possible to add the fibre to it?
