Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. ✅️ To-do style checkbox next to each exercise

    Similarly to a to-do app, the ability to mark a finished set (and then automatically turning it into a different shade) would make the tracking much more visible and user friendly.

  2. Show client's default metric for weights

    For the purpose of proper load management, I personally update the needed weights in most cases for the clients.

    Therefore, I always need to waste time converting the numbers when my client uses different metrics, since the app shows me my default.

    If I ignore that and just use my default metric, then the clients need to do conversion for themselves, which is unpleasant, obviously.

  3. Add more tanning beds and Hydromassage

    With a gym of this size, there needs to be many more tanning beds than there are. It would also be nice to have more cryotherapy and hydromassage beds since I am paying the extra money for them. I’ve seen smaller gyms have more tanning beds!

    Can we see the whole nutritional breakdown of a meal plan on the page where it shows their mealplan? All it says is calories and nothing else

  6. Can I take the McDVoice survey more than once?

    Yes, you can take the McDVoice survey more than once, but there are some limitations. Each receipt with a valid survey code allows one entry. If you want to take the survey again, you’ll need a new receipt with a different code. McDonald's values customer feedback and encourages multiple entries to improve service. However, there's a limit to how many times a person can enter in a specific period. Be sure to follow the rules stated on mcdvoice.com survey to ensure your feedback is accepted. Taking the survey multiple times helps McDonald's enhance the dining experience for all customers.

  8. Allow potential clients to purchase from the programs by downloading the app from the app store

    I really think it would be beneficial to have purchases made in the app without having to make the purchase on the website first. I think lowering/removing that barrier of entry would increase sales. It's one less step.

  9. Ability to cast ALL workouts to tv PLEASE!

    I have an increasing number of clients asking for their workouts to be cast to TV because it is not ideal for them to see the workout and follow along on their tiny phone screens. I do not use on demand video workouts so it needs to be all workouts.

  10. Create an integration for the Whoop strap

    Whoop is hands down the most intricate and detailed wearable. It would be amazing to be able to move workout data from the strap the app and be able to avoid double entry

  12. Add "incline walking" as an activity

    Currently, the only option similar to this would be "walking", but walking at a slow pace on a flat incline is very different than a fast pace on a moderate/heavy incline. Incline or power walking should be added to activities as a cardio option.

    Session Tracking Enhancements to Improve Trainer & Client Experience

    1. Problem

    As a trainer managing high volumes of recurring sessions, I’ve noticed a key inefficiency: there’s no centralized view within a client’s profile to track their session history—what’s scheduled, what’s been used, and what remains.

    Currently, I must:

    • Manually sift through the calendar week-by-week to count sessions
    • Deduct from the session credit count without any way to confirm attendance (e.g., check-in or cancellation status)
    • Address client questions about remaining sessions without immediate or confident answers

  14. Coach able to schedule Repeat Classes & 1:1 Appointments beyond 5 week restriction & book clients into those repeated sessions

    I have private, semi-private & small groups who sign up for a school term at a time ranging from 9-11 weeks long.

    It is far more effective for me as the coach to schedule all 22 sessions per week & invite all the clients with a product that suits their budget at the time of scheduling so their name is added to every session over the 9-11 week period.

    My business policy is that if they miss a session then they lose a session unless they go into app & cancel for medical reasons.

  17. Favourites Section for Client Exercises

    I’d like to suggest a feature that could help both coaches and clients when it comes to navigating the extensive exercise library: a “Favourites” section for exercises on the client side.

    Problem:
    With so many similar exercise variations in the library (e.g. “Walking Lunges” vs. “Dumbbell Walking Lunges”), clients often click on the wrong version when completing workouts. As a result, their tracked weights from previous sessions don’t carry over, which interrupts the flow of their training and makes progressive overload harder to manage.

    Adding a “Favourites” or “Saved Exercises” section would allow clients to easily find and use…

  18. Trainerize Support staff allocated to different global time-zones please

    95% of my support technical requests take 2-4 days for resolution due to Canada based staff on opposite time zone to South Australia where I reside. I've used other platforms historically that have human support around the clock as tech staff are recruited in each time zone. It's very annoying when often support staff that mean well don't really understand the problem based on text & provide generic answers (that I can read in the help centre) when I need a deeper fault find or work-around. Consequently clearing up mis-understandings & context can typically take up to a week but…

  19. Option to invoice & remember Class & Private Appt's made by Coach

    I work on school terms cycles so book all my clients (kids) & some adults into a mixture of private & semi-private sessions back to back for 9-11 weeks at a time. Unfortunately if a client forgets to accept & pay for an 'Invite' for a product from me the Coach in APP then that reminder is forgotton about & no invoice is struck within the APP, no sessions to track so then I have to go back & change the products as APP & do the whole process again costing me hours...because the APP will not let me book…

  20. AI PROGRAM WRITING

    "Ask AI" search bar on program writing tab
    Type in what you'd like it to do when generating a new phase and the exercise selections

    Example: Create a 2 x 8 week phase program, with each phase having 4 programs (2 x upper & 2 x lower). Refrence the progress tab to ensure you don't use any exercises the client has used in the past 12 months. Use 4-8 rep ranges for compound movements, and 8-12 for isolations.

    The AI then creates the phase, and programs inside, for you to tweak. Savings HOURS of time
