Stopwatch on timed exercises
When setting exercises such as a wall sit or plank hold that is timed it would be good to have a stopwatch for clients to use to time their efforts when tracking workouts.

Data entry
Feedback from one of my clients:
If you’re working with the developer tell them they need to integrate into strava and garmins APIs to transfer workout data into this app.
This same client would like for flexibility in adding her activities. I give her workouts to do, however if she did yoga instead of the workout I assigned, she would like to add it. She would like climbing to be an option. (;

Option to personalise an activity
Whilst there is a "general" activity option available should your chosen activity not be one of the pre-sets, it would be an enhancement if when choosing "general", you had the possibility of renaming the activity.

Substitute exercises in master program
what I'm asking for is what you have in the work out mode itself where I can quickly substitute an exercise without having to rewrite all the information in the box. Similar to the phone app. Hopefully all that makes sense.
I am currently building different phases of programs that I can plug in I just want to make a quick switch to an individuals program without the need to type in the additional information.

Updating a workout that has been scheduled should update the scheduled workout
Hello,
If I schedule a clients workouts out and have advanced progression schemes built into the weekly workouts, if I have to change a clients program, this means I have to reschedule all of the following workouts as well as reprogram all of the progression for the workout
This is the same with a workout program; if I have to change an exercise for a client, I have to redo everything all over again which seems to defeat the purpose of building out the workout programs

Custom Event Triggered Messages
When a selected event occurs a trainer can automate a message to go to the client.
For example if a clients macros are updated, a trainer can automate a message to go to the client telling them to update their MyFitnessPal

More than 5 Workouts in Training Phases
Show more than 5 workouts on the page in the Training Phases in a Program. Currently, building a Program from scratch, the 6th workout goes to "page 2" with no way of changing that. Yet several of the pre-built programs have more than 5 workouts on 1 page in the Training Phase.

Improve the programme editing/progressive overload system
Say I have completed a client's workout programme, increased the time & reps over the weeks.
Then if I go back & add an exercise in it doesn't actually get added in to the programme therefore I have to re-schedule all the workouts & re-do progressive overload.
This is super time consuming & would be much better if it more easily integrated programme edits.

Embed questions into a workout for clients to answer after they've done the workout
Ability to add questions into the workouts for my clients to answer afterwards. I have three questions that I like my clients to answer, and at the moment I am telling them to type their answers into the comment section, but it isn't ideal as they have to remember what the questions are. It would be easier if there was a way to add questions so that they can answer them after they have done the workout.

More minutes and seconds options for intervals
In the interval feature, after 2 minutes, it jumps to 3,4,5,10,15,20,25,30. More interval options would be helpful. For example, half minutes and every minute up to 30 minutes or more.

Ability to group habits into sub-folders and tracking options
This idea is about allowing the grouping of new created habits in sub-folders.
The idea of "habits" based coaching stems from CBT therapies. Most CBT based approaches use GSPA (Goal-Skill-Practice-DailyActions) as a framework. You set a goal and help the client built the skills to reach it through building some practices and monitoring daily actions.
The goals are now somehow identified with intake questionnaires (though further refining of those in future would be great with some automated reporting).
However at the moment the custom habits let you just create folders and habits within them - developing and assigning daily actions…

merge exercises
Im sure I am not the only one who has created an exercise more than once with a slightly different name, or used the trainerize exercise and then created my own. The problem with this is that if you ever switch to "the other exercise" you lose the statsfor that exercise and have to start over. It'd be great to have a MERGE option to allow stats to cross over between stats.

Add "Steady State Cardio" and "HIIT" as cardio options.
We assign cardio to our clients, but don't want to tell them exactly what movement to do (Elliptical, Walking, Running, etc.) just what TYPE of cardio (Steady State, HIIT, etc.). Right now we do "General" and add a custom target that says "Any steady state" for example, but I hate that it just shows up as the word General.
