This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Quick codes for trainers to progress next workout

    From workout to workout, clients will progressively gain strength in exercises. When I track them with pencil and paper, I used codes to let me know if the weight was in their zone or if they needed progressive load/increase. I used simple marks like * or ! In the app, I can add notes but it isn’t as easily accessible. A simple check box would let me and the client who works out without me know that they are ready to go up next session.

  2. Allow trainers to create personalised macro and calorie breakdowns.

    Seems a bit silly we can't create personalised meal plans. Majority of clients I work with are on high protein diets but when you set it on the app, it drops fats crazy low. Considering carbs are non essential but fats play an important role in health function, it should probably be the other way round or we should be able to tweak the macros and calories ourselves.

  3. Don't open a new tab when I go to a client and while building a workout let me expand the window so I move exercises around easier

    Also an auto save feature would be neat, so if I have to step away from building a workout I don't lose it when my session times out or computer turns off.

  6. Master Calendar update

    Have the ability to put in custom appointments for clients in the master calendar. Goal setting has both the video and in person option, but you can only use it if you have purchased the video add on..

  8. Make the challenge portion more customizable and easier to use. I want to be able to link a certain workout to a challenge.

  9. Allow clients to enter in daily stats using a 1-5 scale

    Examples:
    mood on 1-5 scale (5 being great mood)
    low back pain 1-5 scale
    energy levels 1-5 scale
    could even have notifications for them to enter these in at certain times during the day (900, 1200, 1500, etc)

  10. Ability to Filter Clients by Day to add workouts

    Ability to filter clients in the trainers main screen by day to only see those clients you have a a particular day to add new workouts without seeing all clients or having to search both in mobile app and on trainer portal.

  12. Allow basic clients to participate in a challenge at least once before becoming full time.

    Allow basic clients to be able to do a challenge at least once before becoming coaching clients. I got 200 people willing to do a challenge but they are not all paying coaching. If they could get a trial version of what it's like to be coached online it would increase the chances of getting them on board. Features could be limited since it's free like one single program for everybody, less customization etc.

  13. Drag n drop or other option to change the sequence of the programs in back office and also the clients programs, without puting1,2,3 in name

    For example i have a course, separated to four programs, so i want to have the option to put them in the sequence i want and not by default. Or another example, when i built new programs (ok the tags are helpful), but again i want to choose which to be first, second, etc...

  14. Exercise Editing on templates

    When copying and pasting a master template to a new client, there should be an easy way to keep all of set details but only adjust the exercise.

    For example: if Front Squat is in the template for 3x8-12 reps at an RPE of 7. Then it should be easy to copy and paste that to client but then adjust the EXERCISE only to goblet squat while maintaining the contents of exercise and not having to delete and readd the new exercise.

  15. Ability to Meal Track in app AND MyFitnessPal (MFP)

    The meals are already premade in the app. If a client has synced MFP already, they should still be able to click "ATE TODAY" in the app and have it automatically add to their daily macros.

    So essentially they would be able to meal track on more than one app.

  17. Copy/import WOD to another client

    It's not uncommon that I work with semi-private training groups in which we perform a Workout of the Day (or something that may be different from their normal programming). It would be super helpful to have the ability to import a WOD from one client to another so that we don't have to go in and recreate the same thing. Thank you!

  19. Add option to change language

    Add the option to change the language off the app and software. Either try to integrate it with AI so it could do the translating or add the option for the coach to add custom language and customize every word basically.
