Nice idea but not worth paying $45 for at all!
I wouldn't mind if it was for the year but not for the month.
I'll be asking for a refund.
There's very limited options for selecting macro split and you can't create a custom one.
Also the dietary requirements are too limited for the price as well.
There are much much better tools available with much more customisation available and this has been an expensive lesson to learn and I will be cancelling this feature next billing cycle.
What a disappointment.

Carb Cycling
I've been using the app for 4 years and it is insane to me that we can only set 1 set of macros. I have a lot clients that need carb cycling macros, or macros that change throughout the week.
Please Under "Nutrition Goals" Allow Us to Assign Macros to each day.
ex: Monday/Tues/Weds
ex: Thurs/Friday/Sat/Sunor training vs non training days

How can someone use the Rice Purity Test for self-reflection?
The Rice Purity Test is a popular questionnaire that helps individuals reflect on their life experiences by assessing their level of innocence or exposure to various activities. Taking the test can serve as a starting point for self-reflection, allowing users to evaluate their personal growth, choices, and boundaries. By reviewing their answers, individuals may gain insights into their values, habits, and the influences shaping their behaviors. It can also help in identifying areas for personal development or recognizing patterns in decision-making. While not a scientific tool, the Rice Purity Test can encourage introspection and foster meaningful conversations about life experiences.…

TellCulvers: Share Feedback on Franchise Policies
TellCulvers values customer feedback and provides a platform for guests to share their opinions through the survey at tellculverscom/survey. While the survey primarily focuses on overall dining experience, including food quality, service, and cleanliness, customers can also provide comments about franchise-specific policies. Each Culver’s location is independently owned and operated, so policies may vary slightly. Guests are encouraged to use the survey’s open-ended comment section to address any location-specific concerns or suggestions. This feedback is forwarded to the respective franchise, ensuring that local management can review and respond appropriately to customer needs and improve their services accordingly.

How has the Rice Purity Test evolved over time?
The Rice Purity Test, originally created at Rice University, has evolved significantly since its inception as a lighthearted survey for students to gauge their life experiences. Initially a campus-specific tradition, it featured questions about academics, relationships, and social activities. Over time, the test gained popularity online, with updated versions reflecting changing cultural norms and broader themes, such as digital habits and modern relationships. Social media amplified its reach, making it a global trend among teenagers and young adults. Today, the rice purity test serves as both a nostalgic pastime and a humorous way to reflect on personal milestones in a…

Make it easier to swap/substitute exercises when programming
It would be much easier for us coaches to swap/substitute similar exercises in and out as we create a program. Instead, we have to delete the old and search up a whole new exercise when replacing what a client did prior. This makes fluid exercise progression challenging for clients that like variety.
If we could link together similar lifts / exercises and quickly toggle and swap in a new exercise it would be great.

How do I compare my Rice Purity Test score with others?
The Rice Purity Test is a fun, self-assessment quiz that evaluates life experiences. To compare your rice purity test score with others, share your results anonymously or with close friends who have also taken the quiz. Many online forums, social media platforms, or groups are dedicated to discussing scores and their meanings. Remember, scores range from 0 (least pure) to 100 (most pure), reflecting diverse experiences without judgment. Keep in mind that the Rice Purity Test is meant for entertainment, so comparisons should remain lighthearted and respectful. Always prioritize personal boundaries when sharing your score publicly or privately. https://rice-purityytest.com/

Basic Workout Routine on a Compact Exercise Bike
A compact exercise bike is a smaller, space-saving version of a traditional stationary bike, designed for home use or limited spaces. These bikes are ideal for people who want a low-impact cardio workout but have limited space in their homes or apartments. They typically offer the same features as full-sized bikes but with a more compact and portable design.
Key Features of Compact Exercise Bike
Space-Saving Design: Smaller footprint, often foldable or with adjustable handlebars and seats for easy storage.
Adjustable Resistance: Similar to regular exercise bikes, they allow you to adjust the difficulty of your workout by increasing or…1 vote -

Allow clients to put in goals + weight goals themselves
I would LOVE the feature of letting the clients add in new goals themselves.
I track my clients for every kilo they go down, and are micro-managing them to much.
They love that feature, because they get hyped every time they go down a kilo.
When it comes to goals, i have micro-goals in different exercises as squat, deadlift, pullups etc and if they could add the new goals reached, that would be so so much more good.
Please open up this feature.

Inherit Light/Dark Mode from Account Settings on Login Screen
Problem:
A recent change to the login screen defaults it to dark mode, creating visibility issues for trainers using dark logos. This is particularly problematic for trainers who pay for a branded experience, as users encounter an "off-brand" experience upon logging into the portal. While the web app and mobile app adhere to the light/dark mode and logo preferences set in account settings, the login screen does not. This inconsistency undermines the seamless branding expected across the platform.Proposed Solution:
Update the login screen to inherit the light/dark mode settings and logo preferences directly from the trainer's account settings. Since…1 vote -
Allow shortened URLs in messages
Problem Statement:
Currently, users cannot include clickable shortened URLs in messages via the mobile app. When a user attempts to share links from services like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, TinyURL, etc., the URLs are displayed as plain text. This results in long, unsightly URLs being pasted into chats, which can appear unprofessional.Idea Statement:
To enhance user experience and professionalism in messaging, the app should allow the use of shortened URLs. This can either be implemented by allowing users to paste shortened links directly or by automatically1 vote -
apple watch timer
I'm sure this has been requested before but I could not find it.
Currently, the app provides timers for exercises with time-based targets, but there’s no quick way to manually access a timer for exercises that don’t have predefined targets. It would be incredibly helpful to have a quick-access timer feature directly within the Apple Watch app.
This could work as:
A stopwatch or countdown timer that users can start manually for any exercise.
A button or shortcut integrated into the workout interface on the watch for ease of use. This feature would enhance usability during workouts, allowing users to…

Expand the meal tracker database to foods and barcodes from EU and other countries
Trainers from EU still use MFP because their database has way more foods (my clients are from Czech and Slovak republic and they use search in our native language). It'd be cool if you could use their database or even better, collaborate with Kalorické tabulky and their database, which is the most used meal tracker here - they have all the barcodes and foods that are sold in our grocery stores.
Please, consider this expansion,
