We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Larger and more accurate food database

    The in-app food database needs to be larger and more accurate for most common/generic foods.
    It's way easier to coach someone on how to accurately measure/track their nutrition when you don't have to worry about coaching them just to find the accurate entry in the database.

    Add our own custom recipes we made into the smart meal planner, so client can search them without going to the discover tab.

  3. Edit points assigned in case of mistakes

    A client logged the wrong weight and got points for PBs. When she edited them and didn't get as many PBs the points count didn't change.
    Would be good if it does or if the leader had the control of removing points if mistakes happen.

  5. Create Custom Badge

    I would like to create a custom badge. Add in my own walking, biking, swimming, rowing...etc. goals and the custom badge to go with it.

    Example: Walk across Texas Badge - earned after 773 miles

    Its really hard to plan out clients meals when i want to be able to plan each day for them when i am only allowed to post 3 days. I do think for the price i pay monthly for the app that i should be allowed to plan a full week for my client. More snack ideas and meal ideas would be great too!

  7. The ability to have app users set their own macros!

    I am selling my app on it's own and would love to give the users the ability to set their own macros (if I am not coaching them)

  8. Allow scheduling of consults without selecting an member

    When we have a consult to sell a new client. We should have the option to schedule that appointment as a consult without selecting a client since they aren't a client yet.
    We should also have the ability to schedule team/coach meetings as well as time slots that are unavailable.

  9. Scheduling macro/nutrition manipulation & history logs

    The ability to schedule a macro/nutrition goal update to a client's profile would be very appealing! For example: I work with clients in a ketogenic protocol, which includes a weekly macronutrient/nutritional goal update (macros are updated by me every Monday).

    It would be awesome if I could enter the Monday macros into Trainerize on Friday afternoon, but "schedule them" to go into effect on Monday (or whatever day of week chosen).

    The "scheduled macro/nutrition goal" would show in the client's dashboard and/or calendar as an upcoming adjustment, so they could plan or meal prep accordingly.

  10. More flexibility with group classes

    1. Allow coach option to turn off self booking
    2. Allow coach to program different class lengths
    3. Allow coach to choose a maximum number of participants (beyond current choices 2, 10 and 50)
    4. Allow coach to hide group sessions from non participants

    An opportunity for those who have chosen to customize the App to remove the 2 models on the progress photos section and add their own. This will make the App even more personal.

  12. folders/categories for on demand workouts

    Have a way to add folders/categories to organize on-demand workouts better. Currently no way to filter by "HIIT", "glutes" "Lower body" Upper body" "Abs/Core", "Stretching" etc. It's kind of cumbersome for clients to scroll through the list, especially with the workout titles being short and cut-off.

  15. Client's names remain anonymous when booking into a class session

    I would like a setting on the appointment page where clients can't see the names of other clients when they book a class session and can't be seen themselves. I know that it is only the first name and the first letter of the last name that shows, but I run a smaller and intimate gym where most people know each other. I feel that being able to see who's in the slot and knowing that other people can see when you're training blows the whole confidentiality of it.

    I would love to use the booking system on the platform…

  16. Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account

    Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account whilst keeping their profile and all their information for them to still access, but without them taking up a coaching spot. For example if they’ve finished coaching with you, you don’t want to delete their account because they won’t have access to their programme that they’ve paid for and if they come back to you for coaching you’ll have to re-sign them back up again

  17. Stop progress photos from coming up FIRST when clicking on progress tab (for Privacy)

    When clicking on the progress tab on the left side of a client's dashboard, progress photos come up first on the screen by default. Some of these photos are sensitive and if at a coffee shop or in public wanting to look for progress data this comes up first. Can it be moved to the bottom or after Biometrics and have Biometrics open first?

    Also, if sharing the screen on zoom with a client and opening up progress, this may not be something people want to see right away until they have made progress and seen changes. So, it is…

  18. To be able to loop our own videos for HIIT workouts.

    To be able to loop our own videos for HIIT workouts.
    You should be able to create a 3-6 second clip and upload it for it to be able to be used to loop. and then have an option to upload a longer one.

    As you create a new exercise there can be 2 video uplaod options, a long format and short format.
