This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. "Everfit" app has a really great "ON DEMAND " program where you can have different categories and resources.

    ON DEMAND Categories and Resources where we can post video resources and any other tools for clients. we need more options for on demand and options for categories for the new on demand feature. it would be great to have "upper body" "lower body" and other way to be able to look up on demand programs.

  2. Enhancements to the Meal Swap Feature

    1. Refined "Best-Fit Nutrition Goal" Criteria: Expanding the "Show meals that best-fit nutrition goal" option to include more filters such as. “show meals with similar calories”, “show meals with similar protein value” etc, would provide greater flexibility in meal swaps. For some clients macro ratio is not so important.
    2. Inclusion of Client/Coach Recipes in the generator: Allowing coaches to integrate their own recipes into the meal generator (filtering with the criteria mentioned above)

  5. Allow addition of JPG/PDF images to workouts

    many clients also see a physical therapist and have exercises they are given on paper. It would be great to be able to add these so they have all their moves in one place. I also assign short yoga sequences and the library does not have these moves so uploading a jpg or PDF of a short routine would be super key.

  8. Stronger Point Of Sale & Billing Features + Contract Generation

    With all the features Trainerize has added over the years, the only thing preventing it from being a standalone CRM is stronger sales and billing features.

    Contract Generation - Products should have the ability to add a contract. It should auto-fill client info and allowed it to be signed in app or printed out to be signed.

    Stronger Point Of Sales - Allowing partial payments at sign up/payment plans. Custom billing dates, split payments, pay for another member, etc.

    Billing Features - Many of the above being able to be edited, pausing/freezing memberships, refunding items to account, applying account balance…

  10. How do I configure spam filters in Office 365?

    To configure spam filters in Office 365, log in to portalofficecom as an administrator. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Defender portal by selecting Security & Compliance. Under Policies & Rules, go to Threat policies and then Anti-spam policies. Here, you can create or modify policies to block spam, phishing, and bulk emails. Adjust settings like spam confidence levels (SCL), allow/block lists, and quarantine options. Save changes and monitor reports to fine-tune filters. Additionally, configure Exchange Online Protection (EOP) settings to enhance security against malicious emails. Regularly review policies to keep up with evolving threats.

    As a fitness professional, I am aiming to improve everyone's overall health. Though each person has specific needs, people can be generalized into categories and groups that all fall under the same category. I need to efficiently push every person towards a common goal, and I need to be able to customize a goal that can apply to all of my clients without having to spend time manually assigning each client the same goal.

  20. Allow group members to check off the WOD as completed in the preview of the WOD

    In the group, some of my clients attend an in-person group WOD class and some perform the WOD posted in the group on their own. Currently, a group member has to actually start the workout and "play" through it in order for it to auto-post in the group that they completed the workout. It would be easier, especially for my in-person class members, if they could check it off as complete in the preview of the WOD, so that it posts as completed in the group.
