This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    It would be super useful if you could reply to messages in the group chats kind of like you would on a thread. Where you can click on the message then comment on it and make a thread and then instead of growing the group chat it only grows that thread

  3. Have the weekly progressions stay with their respective exercise

    Probably seems minuscule, but I'll start by building a workout (let's say bench, pull-up, leg press, leg curl, for simplicity), then go into the progression spreadsheet to adjust the weekly progression for each exercise. Then maybe halfway through that training block, we'll decide to add an exercise (maybe add dumbbell rows before bench).

    Unfortunately, the progression in the spreadsheet for each week left in the training block will stay in place while the exercises in the far left column will shift down below wherever I added the new exercise. So the progression for bench will now line up with dumbbell…

  4. Allow clients to be assigned to multiple coaches.

    Allow assignment of multiple coaches to one client. Would work in the instance of having a separate fitness and nutrition coach working with the same client.

  5. TZ app made available in French

    The app has to offer a French version of the platform for our French speaking clients and coaches across Canadian provinces. This should be a priority as TZ is a Canadian company.

  6. Can you include certain meats to added to the exclusion list of food?

    I have a lot of clients that don't eat certain meat i.e pork or red meat. Can that be added on the list as an option to exclude when generating a meal plan

  7. The calories are wrong on a few meals. One of the meals had 176 of oats which is 110 grams of carbs and said the serve was 36g. Not ideal

    Polls are a great interactive place that helps gather information quickly! I think adding a poll option in the groups where we can ask things like

    EX: We are ready to expand our coaching session hours, what would you be interested in?
    - 5 AM
    - 6 AM
    - 7 PM
    - 8 PM

    Polls is a quick way to collect information for a large group of people without having to send message to each member of the gym.

  11. Expansion of Repeat Options for Calendar

    It would be great to expand the “repeat options” section for workouts and cardio etc. for example it would be great to set up a workout to occur on the calendar every 4 days or 6 days instead of only on specific days of the week or weekly.

  12. When you update a product, allow it to apply to current people paying for that product. Helpful for my monthly members.

    When I add new classes, I want my current paying members to be able to use them. If you update a product, it doesn't apply to people who are already paying for that product. There should be an option to update a product and apply that change to current people who purchases that product.

  16. Track caliper skin-fold measurements

    All of the suggestions revolving around caliper measurements/pinch tests get marked as "Can already be done" and sometimes this link is given to show that it can already be done: https://help.trainerize.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033938972-Measuring-Client-Progress

    Unfortunately, this cannot already be done. These are the measurements that that page says the app can track:

    Body Fat %
    Chest
    Tricep
    Subscapular
    Axilla
    Suprailiac
    Abdomen
    Thigh

    The problem is that only the thickness (in inches or I assume, centimeters) of each of these body parts can be tracked, and I guess either you calculate the bodyfat % yourself with the calipers or with a BF%-capable bodyweight scale,…

  17. Create a section to see all of the recent milestones achieved by all clients instead of going into each individual profile

    Create a section to see all of the recent milestones achieved by all clients instead of going into each individual profile (PB's, workout milestones, etc)
    Currently you have to go into each clients profile to see this.
    It would be great if we could have a report on the dashboard for this with a custom date range to then reach out to clients and celebrate their achievements as well as being able to offer rewards for specific milestones

  18. Manage Client's Email Notifications

    I should be able to decide when the client receives a notification. If I need to backlog appointments (ie, the client paid late or the client paid in person, etc) than I don't want them to receive an email message.

  19. Monthly/Quarterly Reports

    It would be great if you could create a shareable PDF like Whoop where we can send a Monthly/Quarterly report to the client.

    Just like getting a certificate when you complete a course, I feel that this is something that is a pretty simple idea but can go a long way in terms of building engagement & interaction with your client.

    People love this sort of thing!
