This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Let me create 5 meals for clients eating less than 1800 calories

    I have all my clients eat 5 times a day no matter what to speed up their metabolism, especially my clients that I have on a reverse diet.

  2. Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account

    Be able to freeze or dismiss a clients account whilst keeping their profile and all their information for them to still access, but without them taking up a coaching spot. For example if they’ve finished coaching with you, you don’t want to delete their account because they won’t have access to their programme that they’ve paid for and if they come back to you for coaching you’ll have to re-sign them back up again

  5. Task/Reminders list

    It would be awesome to be able to create a task/reminder list that syncs with the calendar so we can keep track of things we need to do for the clients and important dates and events coming up.

  8. Custom folders in clients profile

    We need more than one custom folder for clients.

    We need the ability to subscribe clients to multi-master programs along with the ability to edit those workouts within their profiles.

    We have the ability to subscribe clients to demo libraries. This is great for generic programs. Most trainers have a template program and then need to adjust the master program.

  9. allow memberships to access all classes with credits instead of requiring a set credit limit for each style of class

    When you create a product (ie: 10 class membership that renews every month) you shouldn't have to set a limit on credits for each session style (ie: we host 4 classes and I want members to be able to attend whichever variety they want to make use of their 10 classes)

  10. smart planner as a guide not a goal

    Allow the smart planner to be a guide not a goal. My clients like the planner but the calories are only set to the 100's.

    The smart meal planner should be available as a guide not a calorie set goal specifically.

  12. Ongoing timer.

    It would be great if during a workout, an athlete could have an ongoing timer that tells them when to workout and when to rest. For example, the coach could program: perform exercise A for 30 seconds and rest for 1 minute. A timer that automatically moves through this has been suggested to be more motivational instead of something that has to be manually start and stopped.

  13. Pages layout for workouts.

    It would be great if when doing a workout, instead of a single page the athlete has to scroll through, each exercise/group of activities were on their own pages. I find it tedious and easy to get lost with a one-page scroll layout. For example, exercise 1 is shown. Enter reps/weight/etc., once complete, page moves on to exercise 2, and so on.

  14. Stop progress photos from coming up FIRST when clicking on progress tab (for Privacy)

    When clicking on the progress tab on the left side of a client's dashboard, progress photos come up first on the screen by default. Some of these photos are sensitive and if at a coffee shop or in public wanting to look for progress data this comes up first. Can it be moved to the bottom or after Biometrics and have Biometrics open first?

    Also, if sharing the screen on zoom with a client and opening up progress, this may not be something people want to see right away until they have made progress and seen changes. So, it is…

    I would like to be able to invoice clients even if they are not using the online payment method. I am currently creating invoices monthly for clients and attaching them inside of trainerize. it is very time consuming

  16. Be able to adjust an entire meal serving when tracking it vs having to adjust each ingredient individually.

    It's a big pain for clients to have to add a meal and then go through each ingredeint and either 1/2 or double them depending on how many servings they had of that meal. It would be much better for them to be able to put in that they had 2 servings and for the app to automatically adjust the ingredients based on that.

  17. Trainers recipes

    Ability for clients to be able to see recipes created by the trainer in the food tracker.
    Ability for them to see the ingredients, instructions and macros/calories.
    Recipes have multiple servings and they can select how many servings they want to add to their diary/daily food log.
    Example they want to have 1/2 a serving or 2 servings.

    Make the long form training instructions for the week pop up when a client starts a workout, the same way it does in TrainHeroic.

    Otherwise clients don't know that there ARE instructions to follow or where to find them.

  20. Allowing clients to enter their steps manually if they don’t have an Apple Watch or FitBit

    Some of my clients don’t own FitBit or Apple Watches or have apple health so it would be good if they could manually enter their step count for the day instead of relying on them sending me pictures at the end of each day/week.
