Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Option to progress workouts via Work time and Rest time in progressions builder.

    In the progressions builder, the option to progress workouts by altering both work time and rest time would be very helpful. Altering both allow trainers to progress workouts easily while keeping workout duration consistent.

  2. session credits

    Session Credits Management:

    Ability to adjust session credits after they have been applied.

    Transfer Credits between clients. Give the ability for clients to transfer their sessions to someone else or share a package of sessions between clients.

  3. Payment plans

    the ability to charge an initial fee to start working for a client but have their actually monthly payments start when they have their program in hand. for example: a client wants to work with me it takes 1 week to get their plan going but I want cash in hand before I start working.. but I want their monthly charges to be withdrawn on the day of the month they receive their programming.

  4. Ability to PAUSE a clients program.

    Need to be able to put a pause on a clients program. Say they are away from 2 weeks on vacation, ability to pause for the 2 weeks (or however long) then start back where they left off when they return.

  5. A resource vault where we can upload all of our PDF's and educational videos without having to send it to clients every single time

    Cuts down onboarding time & they won't have to access their resources outside the app either! This where I think we are lacking as a service

    I have printed waivers that clients sign, release forms from doctors, photo release forms etc... it would be great if I could upload these to my clients dashboard to have everything in one place. or have an option of online form that the client sign on the app or online and automatically goes to the the clients 'files' at the dashboard

  7. 75 min sessions

    I would love to see a 75 min sessions, or a way to create a preferred gap between clients
    I like to leave a 15 min gap between each of my clients for that i can have smooth transition time to clean my equipment and so i don't feel rushed between each session.
    when I am scheduling my clients myself that isn't a problem I just leave a gap. But when they self-book they tend to get scheduled back to back and Its inconvenient and unprofessional to keep asking them to change the start time.

  8. Allow clients to save/favourite workouts so they can find them easily later

    With the on-demand library feature, it would be nice for clients to save their favourite workouts so they can easily find them in the future when they want to complete them again

  9. Mark exercises "complete"

    Right now, there is no way to check off or mark an exercise complete during a workout. This would be helpful to keep track of where you are at during a workout.

    I like the app but only wear a whoop. It's more accurate than others I have tried. Would it be possible to add whoop? I don't want to go away from this app.

  14. Easier Calendar Editing

    Make it easier to block time off your calendar. I want my clients to be able to self book, but it is unreasonable to expect to have my laptop on me at all times to edit my availability when I need to block sometimes off for a last minute doctors appointment, social event, etc. I should just be able to edit the availability on my app quickly as "busy" during a certain time period so clients aren't booking.

  15. Ability to manually enter macro splits in smart meal planner

    Instead of the 3 preset macro splits, allow me to define my own macro splits.

  16. Specific Running workouts

    I have a number of clients that are training for endurance events. It would be good to be able to programme their events for them using specific running programming.

    For example, scheduling a run that would be a certain distance at a certain pace of level of intensity rather than just the option at the moment where you can only specify distance

  17. different color for group class and 1 on 1 appointment for calendar

    It would make it so much easier to distinguish 1-on-1 appointments and group classes if the color code was different on the calendar view. right now they both blue. if the group classes were green, yellow ornage or a different color it would be easier to see

  18. connect and sync to oura ring

    this will make it easy to pull sleep data and other important metrics like hrv to monitor recovery and then run graphs off NUMBERS. versus just checking off habits and seeing streaks (which is helpful, but not quantitiative)

  19. Improved payment management + easily adding and deleting session credits

    Currently, there is no option to pause, postpone, or conveniently delete client sessions in case of a refund. As it stands, the only workaround is to add fake sessions to exhaust the credits manually.
