Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Automated funds come out day of in person session instead of buying a large session pack

    Instead of having training packs where clients have to fork out 1000 dollars at a time.

    Have a feature where clients can book 20 sessions for example for the month and have the funds for each session come out the day of the scheduled session.

    I have a lot of clients that are hesitant to spend big bucks by paying a large chunk at the beginning of the month. We would get a larger variety of clients if we had that option.

  3. Lean Mass (muscle) should be pulled from InBody and Tracked in Trainerize

    Trainerize only tracks lean mass (which is fat free mass) from InBody and not Lean Mass (muscle). Lean Mass (muscle) should be tracked as well.

  4. Let trainers create folders to store products: challenges, 1-on-1, show prep, diet only, etc.

    I want to have some organization with all of the products I offer. If we could organize by folder trainers would be able to separate generic plans, challenges, 1-on-1 coaching, fitness prep, custom priced plans, and more to create organization in the products section.

  5. Time

    I would like to be able to time a workout. If I have them do 10 push Ups, 15 squats 10 pull-ups, 10 sets. I think it would be nice to record the time and then see if they can beat it.

  6. Add goals to other body measurements

    Would be good to add goals to other body measurements and have the app track them, in the same way that you currently can with setting bodyweight goals. Body fat percentage and waist circumference are all popular goals which cannot be automatically tracked, for example.

  7. Being able to delete stock exercises in favor of custom

    Being able to delete or make invisible to clients some of the pre-existing stock exercises. Since the trainer can create their own exercise technique demo videos, many end up being doubled up, which is a waste of scrolling time when designing workouts.

  10. ability to add in meal plans to master program calendars

    It would be super helpful to be able to add in meal plan suggestions within a master program to be automatically added to the clients portal each week.

  11. 15 day free trial

    Program is setup to give 15 day trial to a new customer, that then rolls into a recurring monthly paid program. The charge for monthly program is done on the 16th day. I have tried to figure out how to create this automated program, and find it is not possible. As a company, we know 15 day trials work very well. Gets someone setup and loving the program with no risk.

    The ability to have multiple clients that train together in one session and enter their results on the same screen.
    Then I as a coach can enter all of their results at once instead of each individual entering results

  15. Exercise Flagging by Clients

    Exercise Flagging - When a client wants to change an exercise, he/she can flag the exercise and the trainer sees all flagged exercises for each client in the dashboard so he can easily change or modify the exercises.

    Another example, a client needs additional instructions on a particular exercise so he flags the exercise as "Require more information" or something similar.

    This would make our life as Trainers much easier. At the moment the only option is to have clients leave comments after their workouts, but this means that we have to read every note of each workout. I do…

  17. When a client purchase a product, add the option to automatically start the program next Monday.

    I noticed that when a client buy's a product the program automatically start the day of the purchase , example if a program is set for a typical Monday to Friday and the client buy's the program on Saturday the program starts at Saturday. That's very problematic, because if you 100sales products ,I don't want to change the start of the program manually.You should add the option to start the program next Monday automatically regardless the day the client purchase the product.   18. ability to edit time a habit needs to be completed in order to hit streaks

    Trainerize has habits automatically set that a client needs to complete a habit by noon in order to hit a streak. I think that as long as it is marked completed each day, no matter the time, it should count towards their streak.

  19. Be able to see last week's progress in the progression Builder

    It would be great if the progression builder functioned more like a spreadsheet. I often change clients programs on a weekly basis, depending on what they did the previous week. I have top open up a different tab and look at what they did in the previous week. Whereas previously, I'd just be able to see all on one spreasheet using googlesheets. Would be much easier if the progression builder showed previous sessions too

  20. Add higher calories / lower bulk meals for mass gain clients

    I do mass gain with my clients who need to eat a lot of calories. Your meals have really large portion sizes which is not practical to eat that much.

    Can you create some more higher calorie but lower volume meals so it's easier to eat?
