We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Customize daily meals by adding or removing a meal (ie. breakfast)

    It would be helpful to allow clients and/or trainers to change the meals that are available. This way i could provide a lunch 3 days a week, and dinner 4 days a week.

    When my clients share their personal best, I’d love for people to able to see my brand. We pay a lot of money for these features and this update would add a very nice touch.

  3. Disable automatic meal plan email update

    Have the ability to disable the email that is sent EVERY time a meal is swapped.

    For context - I allocated my clients meals based on their preferences using meals that I have uploaded into the app. This means that a client will receive 21 "meal plan updated' emails when I assign them a meal plan.

  4. Being able to view the history of an exercise for each client when programming

    It would be ideal to be able to see how a client has performed in the past for each exercise (if they have already done an exercise). It is possible to see the history of an exercise when the program is being performed but not when it is being built. Having this function would allow coaches to program faster, with more accuracy and client would have better results.

  5. Master Library Meal Plans, Smart Meal Generator for custom recipes/meals

    As coach I want to be able to make Master Library Meal Plans and auto calculate portion sizes based on my own/custom recipes.

    Smart Meal Generator for custom meals too, to individualize the plans for my clients for their individual calorie/macro goal. But everything based on the recipes I recommend.

  6. Make it so we can see a whole week of food log, macros, and fiber in one area vs having to click on each individual day

    It's very time consuming and hard to get an overall picture when we have to go day by day to look at their food - we need to see at least 1 full week at a time

  8. CheckIn Forms built by coach and customizable client dashboard

    Be able to build a check-in form for my clients and program it into the calendar.

    This check in form can include radio/checkboxes, text answers etc. Also it would be great if client could upload his/her workout videos (hi-res) and progress photos (hi-res) in the check in form.

    This check-in would be daily or weekly (or the coach can built 2 different forms and assign them to each client with different frequency)

    Pretty much like kahunas.

  9. Double Book Different Appointment Type

    Clients need to be able to book to come in to the training room for self-service options like cardio or mobility work assigned to them while I work with other clients. The time slots only allow one type of appointment at the moment so I can't see what the needs of the people coming in are if they book under the only type available.

    Some clients are simple and wouldn't mind eating the same foods everyday. So a feature that can allow us to copy and paste meals for a certain amount of days or each and everyday would be nice!

  11. RPE is a score given to each set, not the overall workout.

    The whole point of RPE is that it allows you to progress your workout. Giving RPE to entire workout is uselss.

  12. Make a challenge that rewards points based on daily steps.

    I love the idea of a steps challenge or just adding a feature to current challenges that awards points based on steps reached per day. Perhaps we manually set the target, say 10,000 steps, and if a client reaches this for a day they get the points that we allocate for it.

    Desired Features:

    Integrated camera button next to the exercise:
    Each exercise would have an icon (for example, a small camera or a “Record” button). By clicking it, the client could record the video without leaving the app.

    Minimum video duration:
    To ensure the recording is complete and useful for evaluation, each video would have a minimum duration of 90 seconds, with the option to extend it.

    Direct upload with exercise name attached:
    Once recorded, the video would automatically be linked to the corresponding exercise and saved in the session history.

  14. Assign habits to master program

    Ability to assign a habit to everyone in an entire master program, or create a program based around habits rather than workouts, instead of adding the habits to each person individually.

    Let the coach in-charge of the client be able to edit or add meals to their assigned client.

  16. Improve Group Pages with "Threads"

    Can you please improve the group experiences.
    It would be best if each post and a "thread" where people can comment directly under the post.

    Something similar to facebook or instagram where you make a post and people can comment.

    That way when people reply to each other it doesn't clutter the page.

    This is a critical upgrade for users who have hundreds and thousands of people on their app.

    Unfortunately all educational videos currently have to be watched as a workout and then rated.

  20. More reaction emoji options for messaging.

    There are only five options and these five are not always the appropriate reaction. For example, the laughing one has a tongue sticking out which is just weird (prefer the laugh crying emoji). I think adding more emoji options would make the app experience more fun, especially if you are in a group chat.
