Update the Meal Planner to incorporate a ketogenic protocol
The nutrition software should be updated to incorporate a ketogenic protocol to offer a more personalized and flexible approach to client nutrition. Many individuals are increasingly adopting ketogenic diets for health benefits such as improved fat metabolism, enhanced cognitive function, and better blood sugar regulation. By incorporating this protocol, the app can cater to clients seeking a low-carb, high-fat dietary option tailored to their goals, whether for weight loss, metabolic health, or performance enhancement. Expanding the app’s nutrition protocols to include keto will provide greater versatility and help meet the evolving needs of diverse client profiles.

Ability to manually enter Inbody data over time to show progression.
Particularly visceral fat - a contributor to health/wellness and increases probability of diseases like diabetes. It correlates to body fat percentage but is a compelling number for clients if their focus goes beyond aesthetics.3 votes -

Data Ranges For Tracked Metrics (i.e. Steps, Weight, Body Fat %, etc.)
Steps as an example. My only range visibility as a coach is "1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 years". I would love to see "Last 7 days, Last 30 days" and also even just a small line that shows some different specific highlights like "Most steps in 1 day, Least steps in 1 day, Average steps in selected range"

More Customizable Auto / Scheduled Messaging
More customizable options in regard to automated and scheduled messages (i.e. every Sunday repeating, or WHEN client has a scheduled workout THEN message AT [TIME] with the following; etc.)
Having the pre-selected options of "3rd, 7th, or 14th" day after signup could be nice, but it doesn't help with the program I build for my client.

URL Field for custom habits
I’d like to include a link to a stretch video and put it in my client’s custom habit. That way they can watch a follow along video for that specific habit

Having the group messaging be more like slack
Within the group having channels or subcategories so things can be organize and also within those subcategories when the trainer posts a question or something that needs a response being able to click on that message and answer within that specific message so that the feed isnt just everyones answer and the clients isnt just trying to find the original question posted by the trainer. This is how slack is built and works well and what I use but I hate having client use 5 million different apps

Search option for previous weights for an exercise
Instead of having to scroll back down through potentially years worth of weights for a certain exercise, simply being able to search for that weight and seeing all of the previous entries.

Separate app for clients and trainers.
I currently have to log out and then back in anytime I want to workout (my coach has her own account). It’d be great to have the ability to keep both running at once. Or at least a faster way to switch.

Right/left scroll on videos
If there are back-to-back videos sent in the messenger (assuming we are still capped at 60 seconds), after watching one, we should be able to slide to the next video, not back out back into the message thread and guessing which one is up next to watch.
Threads would be better, 60+ seconds would be better

Ability to add to Trainerize-created habit categories
being able to add a new, custom habit to one of the Trainzerize created habit categories, instead of having to create a separate "nutrition" folder and having multiple.
