This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  5. Ability to change appointment type from in person to virtual under the same "event"

    I have clients that are sometimes in person, but switch to virtual sessions. At this time, if I switch them in the system, they won't get charged for a session- a client should be able to utilize their sessions however they'd like, and as a trainer it is important they get charged for the session (for obvious reasons). A 60 min session is a 60 min session no matter how the client chooses to use it.

  7. Make the meal plans more for 1-2 day prep

    Most clients want to make food for 2-3 days, and eat the same meal numerous times that week. Can we copy a meal to other days, or come up with batch cooking meals?

  9. Auto messages in Mobile App

    I would like to be able to review outgoing or sent auto messages on the mobile app without accessing the desktop version, and without having to go through the calendar or the dash.
    It would be much more useful to see and edit what auto messages are coming for both groups and individual clients.

  10. Metric and imperial system

    The grocery list is great! But for us Europeans it's very hard to understand how much spinach is needed if it says 2 cups. We have no idea. So please add the function of using grams and kgs as well.

  13. Adding form check videos to workouts

    Allowing clients to have the option to attach a video of them completing the exercise on their workouts for form checks from the trainer/coach.

    I have to use a third party app/messaging for my clients to send over this so this would be a really useful feature!

  15. Meals planned in Calendar

    The meals are really nice and plentyful. It would be nice if I could schedule meals within the calendar. I work with high performing professionals and the less they have to think on their own the better.

    So I could include the overnight oats in the morning for example so they just look into the calendar and know what to eat when.

  20. Improve help desk

    I ask for help rarely, but when I do it’s because I see issues with things and report them, I am DAILY in the app and have been for 2 years. When reporting issues I get basically no help. Why? Because basically I’m told there isn’t an issue. Clearly help desk employees do not use the app as I do daily. I know when something is no longer working as it was. Such as the YouTube
    video preview links, no longer showing a video preview thumbnail when I post in groups or training or even messages to my clients. Or…
