Upload multiple PDF's for a client
Offer a 'files' section for each client where coaches can upload multiple PDF's that are specific to that clients plan, needs and goals.
I understand we can email these PDF's to the clients, but isn't that the beauty of having an app like Trainerize so it can be the hub for all things that the client needs (instead of having them hop around to different platforms to find their resources).

Allow Trainers to input custom photo for a workout instead of the first exercise’s photo
Currently, each workout’s photo defaults to a picture of the first exercise. It would be great to customize this to a photo of your choosing.
Not ideal to have a picture of someone on a bike for my Booty Workout just because they’re warming up on a bike at the start of their workout.

Auto-populate option for reps and weight.
It would be great for clients to have a button they can use to auto-populate the reps/weight in sets 2 onwards.

Import existing workout into another workout
Be able to import workouts into other workouts - this would enable us to create warmup, primary lift, burnout metcons, and cooldowns and use them interchangeably as templates for various clients

It would be great to be able to use trainerize as a 24/7 gym management software
Currently my gym uses a program called Gym Master to collect payments, assign key fobs, control gym access for our facility and run reports. It would be great if this could all be under one roof on trainerize. It could be a package for gym owners, rather than online trainers.
It would be need the ability to connect to a gatekeeper/swipe system, offer class bookings which allowed or disallowed bookings based on payment status.2 votes -

limit @everyone in groups
Allow trainers to choose who can tag @everyone in groups. If one person abuses it it can ruin the user experience for everyone in the group when they are constantly getting notified.

Be able to pay your team members in the app.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could pay your team members right in the app instead of taking it to a different software or cutting checks each month. Would this even be possible or to say pay your team members a percentage of the money that comes in for their clients?

Info on who sent last message in a chat.
I would like to be able to scroll through my messages and easily see if I sent the last message, or if my client did. This could be achieved easily with an arrow that indicates whether the last message in the thread was incoming or outgoing. Then I know if I missed a client's message and need to reply to them.
I hope this makes sense!

Client groups in the app should show up in alphabetical order like they do on the desktop version.
On the desktop clients are listed in alphabetical order by first name. This is really convenient when searching for a client out of 200+ names and thus takes less time to check-in with them multiple times per week.
The app places clients in a random order after all notification clients which makes it difficult to find clients.

Allow trainers to schedule group training sessions with vacant spaces.
Scenario: I have two clients who want to start training and are interested in finding two more training partners bringing the group total to 4 and thus lowering cost for everyone.
Allow coaches to create a 4 person group training appointment in their schedule and place the 2 active clients in the appointment. The other two vacancies then appear on the trainer's availability schedule for potential clients to view.

Add a feature to create categories for the calendar that doesn't have to have a client attached to it.+
It would be nice to be able to schedule a consultation on my calendar for prospects who may not be clients just yet. Also it would be convenient to schedule other activities that may not directly be client based say to say.

Add exertion level
Please add a feature inside the LT training app that will allow the user to rate the exertion level or difficulty of a particular set of reps within an exercise. For instance - if I log 12 reps at 50 lbs - I would then log the exertion level for that set - using 1-5 or 1-10 - so when that exercise comes back up in a future workout I will know whether or not I should increase weight.

The ability to have body weight in stones, lbs and still have weight for workout lifts in Kgs. Having to convert all the time wastes time.
When we change the UNITS it changes both in body weight measurements and on the exercises. Here in the UK (MOST women especially) measure body weight in stones and lbs but at the gym all the weights are in kgs. Having the ability to have choose units for the separate areas of the app would be super time saving

Have a an option for date countdown for goal completion
I think it would be great to have some sort of countdown ability for certain goals.
Examples: lose 10 lbs for wedding countdown would show you have x days left with x lbs left to hit goal- 10 min mile for 10k - x days left avg mile currently x
Hope that makes sense!

Send message from trainer dashboard to one client, app requires two clients to send message
When using the app on a desktop and wanting to send a message from the dashboard to one client without going into their profile, it requires at least two clients to send messages. Now, if I go directly to the client's profile, there is no issue. I find it easier to send messages from the desktop, as generic messages to several clients are not always the best way to communicate
