Remove rest after last set when building workouts or at least have the option to remove it
When building a workout and adding a rest between each set, there is no need to have the rest included after the last set on the exercise.
Example 3 sets rest 60 sec between each set. no need to have a rest after last set. Confusing to clients.1 vote -
Cardio Description and Notes
We need the ability to add descriptions to the cardio workout. More than what is currently offered. Most plans give clients more structured workouts on time, pace, and heart rate. The description box that is available for resistance training workouts would work perfectly. Give clients the ability to add notes after their cardio workouts. More than ranking their perceived exertion.

The old app tracked your workouts by duration, calories burned etc.for the week. The new app does not have this.

Link Direct from Group Notification to Client Workout ("Bob Smith Completed Workout 1")
Specifically, I am meaning the notes in group chats where it says "Bob has completed Work 1" it would be grand if "Bob" and "Workout 1" linked directly to whatever it was. The workout the comment, the client; whatever. It would be really helpful.
For example, making the workout in the group chat interactable the same way it is in the news feed on the Overview Page...

Improve the workout counter in the calendar
If you notice in the calendar, the workout counter in the top left is inaccurate. It will count your workout in one month and then when you go to another month, it ADDS the previous month's workout count in the current month's count. So you ultimately end up with a number of workouts completed unrepresentative of what is current. This should be fixed to better reflect what has been done in the month you're viewing.

Show past weight and reps history on Apple Watch
Love tracking on my watch but I have to remember or look up on phone what the previous weight and reps were. Can the watch load those numbers as the defaults? Then if they don’t change, I can just move to the next exercise. Thanks

Make seeing clients personal best and other achievements easier. You can see that they accomplished a personal best on your dashboard but unless I’m missing something you have to go through multiple steps to see exactly what. It’d be nice if it just linked to it or told you exactly what on the dashboard.

Custom measurements
The ability to add custom measurement sites like big toe (joking) but sites that relate to proportion like wrist, ankle, head, forearm length, humerus length, wing span, thigh length, tibia length etc etc. Doesn’t have to be shown on the diagram like the other measurements but just a “custom measurements” box that the trainer can select then write in what measurement they want.

Push notification for client when coach likes workout completion
There currently is a feature for a coach to "like" (clicking the thumbs up or like button) once a client completes a workout. However, it doesn't appear that a client gets a notification that a coach was cheering them on. In order for them to see this "like" they have to go back to the workout and find it there. Would be great if they got a push notification so they could quickly see that encouragement instead of it getting lost in the notes.

Download message history
Add functionality to download entire message history with a client. This could help with settling any disputes around cancellations/refunds (an experience I've just had)!

fragmented habits
Fragmented Habits:
Allowing clients to progess on a habit throughout the day
for example, some of my clients need to be CONSTANTLY reminded to track or log their meal photos --
A singular habit will remind them to do it once, but once they complete it they fall off for the other two meals.
A fragmented habit may have 3 parts (depending on what the trainer prescribes/sets) -- and the client can complete the habit throughout the day, seeing their progress (1/3, 2/3, 3/3, etc.)
This could also be helpful for meditation, like "meditate for 5 minutes, 3 times a…

Make the "Thumbs Up" solid after deploying in the Client Overview
It would be awesome to have the Thumbs Up stay solid to know we've already deployed for that client activity. Even better, it would be great to have the same options available that appear in Groups (which DO show what has been deployed). Thanks!

Ability to import past body stats entries into Trainerize
It would be great if we can import existing body stats entries from excel files or exports from InBody into Trainerize so the clients can have all their data in one place.

Customizable Activity for the Cardio Activity AND add "Personal Training" & "Spin" as an option.
Add some more options to the Cardio Activity in the Calendar (eg. Personal Training Session, Spin Class) AND/OR a customizable option instead of "General". Thanks!
