Deactivate Date Specific
With program memberships, clients will let me know they want to cancel. If a payment went through recently, I have to remember on ___ date to go in and deactive them in trainerize. It would be nice to enter in a date with the deactivation so I don't have to stress about it or add it into Trello or my calendar. On top of this, maybe even send a message to the client that says, "your account will deactivate tomorrow, are you sure you still want to do this?"

Client direct messaging &/or group messaging
In all messaging, allow the coach to pin important messages.
In all messaging, include a search bar so previous messages can be found easier for both the coach & client rather than needing to scroll through all messages to find a specific one.
In both direct & group messaging, allow old or no longer relevant files to be removed from "files" by the coach.
In group messaging, add a tab for "links" so the coach can provide clients important links can be uploaded & removed when no longer relevant & clients can easily find them.1 vote -

Client needs new training phase tag, when a client is subscribed on a Master program & On demand Program
Sometimes i compliment master programs with on-demand video libraries that have an add-on role and are not my client's main program.
When i use on-demand as an add-on program the tag of "client needs new training phase" does not appear when the main program finishes.
It's a big issue since every week i have to go through every clients dash and see how many days are left from the current main program.
This is a big issue since its very time consuming when you have lots of clients to manage.

Allow Different Terms of Use and Forms per Product
Many coaches offer multiple products and services within the same Trainerize account (e.g., online coaching, small group training, in-person training, challenges, programs, etc.).
Currently, Terms of Use and intake forms apply globally to all clients, regardless of the product they purchase.
It would be extremely helpful to allow coaches to:
• Create different Terms of Use per product
• Assign specific waiver agreements to specific programs
• Use different intake forms depending on the service
• Customize onboarding flows based on product typeFor example:

Information Partitioning (UI Change)
There is a laundry list of useful links, integrations, and habits to scroll through in the app that I'm currently using. When I reached out to their UI/UX admin, they said this would fall at the feet of Trainerize.
The ability to make background colors/textures different for each section of the user flow (Macro tracking vs. habits/tasks vs. body tracking fields like weight and pics, etc. vs. APPROVED LINKS) would make for a much simpler viewing and navigational experience for users to differentiate fields and figure out where to go for what, especially if they're newer.

App for self-managed users
I was introduced to this app last year through my wellness coach. She set me up with an account and plan and I loved the ease of use of the app. Some things I found really helped me to push myself was the daily goal checklist, the workout videos and library to swap out exercises, the visibility of tracking, and the integration with other health apps (apple health, watch, and myfitness pal). I would be interested in a feature that allows trainers or club owners to see which templated workouts are most popular with their users. So the ability for end-users to rate their workouts, which could be aggregated and displayed on the templated workouts page.

Deliver all workouts with the card by card style
I have been using this program for a bit through one of my employers. One of the biggest comments I receive from clients is the lack of ease during transitions between exercises in the regular format and circuit format. Being who I am, I decided to actually try out the program as a client and do the workouts. I now see what my clients are referring to. Have Client's Workout Comments appear in Messenger Chat
I tend to lose track of checking on client's exercise comments.
With more clients, this get's trickier to do so since the comments appear as tiny notifications by their workouts done, so I have to scroll through and check each workout done to ensure no comments were skipped by me.
I think it's best to have the client make a comment in the workout done, AND have that same comment appear in their messenger chat to me.
That way, it's easier for me to see and I can more easily respond to their comment via the messenger chat medium as…

Enhancements to the Meal Swap Feature
- Refined "Best-Fit Nutrition Goal" Criteria: Expanding the "Show meals that best-fit nutrition goal" option to include more filters such as. “show meals with similar calories”, “show meals with similar protein value” etc, would provide greater flexibility in meal swaps. For some clients macro ratio is not so important.
- Inclusion of Client/Coach Recipes in the generator: Allowing coaches to integrate their own recipes into the meal generator (filtering with the criteria mentioned above)

Hide personal client information from admin
It is a no-brainer that I should have the option to hide personal client information from whoever I choose. Currently, if I add an administrator to help ease the administrative burden, they also have access to the client's email, birthday, last name, phone number, last four digits of their card, any invoice, and any sale. This is an unnecessary liability and a huge hurdle to my growth.

Revamping of the descriptions on exercises
Some of the exercises have incomplete exercise descriptions that are not fully helpful to the client.
For trainerize videos we cannot edit the descriptions so it would be helpful if the ones added by trainerize were a bit better. I do know that some are great already so it's not all of them.
For example glute bridges states
"1) For this exercise, lie on your back.
2) Squeeze your glutes to lift your hips. Keep your tummy tight throughout."
My suggestion would be to add more cues such as
"keep your spine in a neutral postion", "brace your core",…
