1. Revamping of the descriptions on exercises

   Some of the exercises have incomplete exercise descriptions that are not fully helpful to the client.

   For trainerize videos we cannot edit the descriptions so it would be helpful if the ones added by trainerize were a bit better. I do know that some are great already so it's not all of them.

   For example glute bridges states

   "1) For this exercise, lie on your back.

   2) Squeeze your glutes to lift your hips. Keep your tummy tight throughout."

   My suggestion would be to add more cues such as

   "keep your spine in a neutral postion", "brace your core", "push through the heels", set your feet about hip width apart".

   This would help the description to be more complete.

5. Remove dropdown for serving size in meal tracker and go back to entering a number manually

   The new update sets the serving size as a dropdown with only 1-99 selectable. This breaks the app in numerous ways and is very slow to use. For an example where it breaks usage of the app, my clients regularly add straight calorie items using a 1g=1cal food type. Ex. 230 serving size to add a 230 calorie meal. It also doesn't easily allow fractions of serving sizes (1.5, 2.5).

   Up until this point serving size could always be entered as a number, any number, manually. This dropdown prevents higher numbers, and is also slow and cumbersome to scroll through the sizes.

   *NOTE: this seems to only be affecting the Android version. iOS still has the ability to enter the number manually without having to use the dropdown.

   When a client has created a profile before adding a form a payment, when they later setup a payment for a plan they are prompted to "create a login." It seems most of my clients default to creating a new login when they have already completed a consultation, logged initial metrics and even have workouts/goals in another account. The result is a new account that houses only their payment info and an old account with all of their information. It would be awesome to be able to manually combine accounts to combine the payment with the info or to remove the prompt to create a login as clients are signing up for a plan/program.
