copy a previous days meal
Most people have the same or similar breakfasts, lunches and snacks. To make it a bit easier can we add a "copy previous days meal" button. It's a bit clunky swapping everything 1 by 1 and waiting for everything to load etc.

Notifications when a client submits check-in and a way to look at their history side-by-side
It would be extremely helpful if coaches could be notified of when a client submits their check-in form so we can know who to prioritize responses to. It would also make it even more helpful to see their check-in responses side-by-side as they progress with the dates so we can track their progress more easily over time.

Master program options
I’m running a challenge where people have 4 strength workouts per week. Some people want to repeat them more frequently but when they add the workouts manually, it won’t save their data like reps and weight used. This is an unfortunate limitation because it seems simple. Can we fix this?!

Adjust where the "Invite a Friend" Section is on the dashboard
I would like to keep the referal reminder on for clients but have the ability to choose where it is on the app. I would like to move it below my groups and my challenges.
For now Im just going to turn it off because with the new app design it is TOO BIG. I like it better on the legacy app design where it is a small banner rather than a LARGE picture.

All of my clients track water in ounces not milliliters and they do not know how to convert it without having to go to Google so having the option for ounces or milliliters would be great!
