This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. INSERT SINGLE FOODS TO MEAL PLAN

    A MUST in my opinion - We need to be able to add individual foods to meal plan for e.g. I want to add a banana, I shouldn't have to create a recipe for a banana - Let us access the entire food database that's in the meal tracker and let us add it in the meal planner

  3. Option to Duplicate Entire Client Programs Without Rebuilding Everything?

    Hey everyone,

    I’ve been using Trainerize for managing multiple clients with very similar workout structures, and I was wondering if there’s a faster way to duplicate an entire program setup including progressions, habits, cardio sessions, and scheduled check-ins.

    Right now I usually copy workouts one by one, but it becomes time-consuming when onboarding several clients at once who follow nearly identical plans.

    Has anyone found an efficient workflow for this, or would it make sense for Trainerize to add a “duplicate full client setup” feature?

  6. For clients to make payments it is tedious for them to be forced to the web browser

    It is tedious to have the option on the app for things like “purchases” & “manage payments” only for it to suggest that the client to “please sign in via the web app”.

    All of my clients have said that it is a tedious process & would make life 100x easier if they could simply make their payments within the app instead of being forced to the web version.

  8. Changing the product type when duplicating

    Making every field available to be changed when duplicating a product is essential. Otherwise, what's the point of duplicating it? Being able to duplicate a main product and change the duplicate to be an add-on would be a simple solve to sooo many issues when bundling products.

    I would like to suggest an improvement to the current “check-in” / progress photo feature.

    Right now, the “drop picture” option is limited to 3 photos and does not properly support bodybuilding needs, where structured posing and consistent visual tracking over time are essential.

    It would be very helpful to introduce a dedicated check-in feature that allows clients to:

    Upload multiple standardized bodybuilding pose photos (e.g., front, back, side, relaxed, flexed poses)
    Save and organize check-ins by date
    Automatically align and compare similar poses across different time points
    Track visual progress…

    Have an in-app body scan that does their measurements, etc. My client uses Noom, and we compared her scan to my measurements, and they were almost exact. THIS WOULD BE AMAZING!!!

  15. PROGRAMMING VIEW: Having more functional view when developing programs.

    When developing programs its difficult to see where you're at in the programming because you have to click on multiple screens.

    The side bar for the listed programs doesn't expand and everything is all in one list. We should be able to expand that sidebar to read each program name.

    We need the ability to create "program folders" "workout folders" etc, so we can more effectively create programs without having to click on every single object to know what we are looking at.

    Also, when designing programs, like other apps the program design section has the view set to where…
