Mass add clients into challenge through tags
I run two challenges every month and have a large group that is growing who participate in the challenges each month. It's not ideal that I have to go through and select each person one by one and have no way to even see their client tags from the selection menu in the challenge area. The idea of tags is great, but the practical use of them is limited when you can't mass select a group of people based on the tags you've assigned them.

all client daily calendar view
I'd like to be able to print off a morning calendar with all of my clients and what they have scheduled that day--workouts, habits, and cardio. Like a checklist, that I can reference as clients complete their tasks throughout the day. That way I can see when I client is about to miss a workout, rather than finding out after they have. I operate solely online so I don't know if my clients went to they gym or not at their scheduled time, I usually don't find out until the end of day report when it's too late for me to impact it. Thanks.

Have a Product or Add-On option that subscribes purchaser to all On-Demand programs
After looking into creation of and implementing an On-Demand Program library for clients to access, I discovered that the most efficient way to do so was to set up automation on Product Starts to subscribe them to 20 Add-On programs. This limits trainers from mass subscribing clients to allow access to On-Demand Programs.
I propose that an additional option be added to current Product Automation (ie "Subscribe to all On-Demand Programs") or an additional Product type be added to accomplish the same goal.

Programming of several exercises in a single box, which can be chosen if the main exercise cannot be performed
The ability to add exercise variants would be crucial for clients, e.g.:
If I create a program where I program the pin press, the rack pull, or a squat with a multi-power rack, but my client doesn't have access to the necessary equipment, there should be a tab for each exercise with an icon indicating a change or variant.
In this tab, I will add "variant" exercises that my client can do if they don't have access to the equipment for the main exercise, or if my client has an injury, or even if the gym equipment is busy, my client can choose a "variant" that I have previously added.
Allowing me to add 3 variants per exercise should be sufficient, thus conserving resources in the application.

Pick certain proteins that the client likes so all the recipes that are generated are geared towards what they like to eat
It would be nice to have an option to pick the protein the client likes so the recipes generated are for what the client likes to eat. Example would be a client that only likes ground turkey, chicken and steak. It would be great to pick only those proteins that way all the recipes generated contain those specific meats.

Dips Bar to increase upper body strength
A dips bar, also known as a dip station or parallel bars, is a piece of fitness equipment designed primarily for performing the exercise known as dips. Dips are a compound upper-body exercise that primarily targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps muscles.
The dips bar typically consists of two parallel bars set at a fixed distance apart, usually shoulder-width or slightly wider. These bars are often made of sturdy metal and may be attached to a larger frame for stability. Some dip stations also come with additional features such as padded handles, adjustable height, or even the ability to perform other exercises like leg raises or push-ups.
To perform dips on a dips bar, you grasp the bars with your hands and lift yourself up so that your arms are fully extended, supporting your body weight. Then, you lower yourself by bending your elbows until your shoulders are below your elbows or until you feel a stretch in your chest or shoulders. Finally, you push yourself back up to the starting position by straightening your arms.
Dips bar are a challenging exercise that can be adjusted in difficulty based on factors such as body position, range of motion, and added resistance. They can be performed by people of varying fitness levels, and modifications can be made to accommodate individual strength levels and goals. Dips bar are commonly included in strength training and bodyweight exercise routines for building upper-body strength and muscle mass.
Can you build muscle with dips bar?
Dips bar are an excellent compound exercise for building muscle, particularly in the upper body. Here's how dips can contribute to muscle growth:
Targeted Muscle Engagement
Dips bar primarily target the chest, shoulders, and triceps muscles. When performed correctly, dips provide a challenging resistance to these muscle groups, stimulating muscle growth through micro-tears in the muscle fibers.Compound Movement
Dips bar are a compound exercise, meaning they involve movement at multiple joints and engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This makes them highly effective for overall upper-body development.Progressive Overload
Like any resistance exercise, dips bar can be progressed in difficulty to continue stimulating muscle growth over time. This can be achieved by increasing the number of repetitions, adding weight with a dipping belt or weighted vest, or adjusting body position to change leverage and resistance.Muscle Activation
Dips bar require stabilization of the entire upper body while moving through the exercise, leading to increased muscle activation not only in the primary muscles but also in the stabilizer muscles of the shoulders, arms, and core.Variety of Grips and Positions
Dips bar can be performed with different grip widths and body positions to target muscles from varying angles. For example, a wider grip may emphasize the chest muscles, while a narrower grip may target the triceps more intensely.Accessory Muscles
Dips bar also engage other muscles to a lesser extent, including the back muscles, forearms, and even the abdominal muscles to stabilize the body during the movement.Overall, incorporating dips bar into your workout routine can be an effective way to build muscle mass and strength in the upper body, especially when combined with a well-rounded strength training program and proper nutrition.

Using a dips bar is an excellent way to increase upper body strength. Here's how:
Stabilization
Dips bar require stabilization of the entire upper body while moving through the exercise. This helps improve overall stability and strength in the shoulders, arms, and core.Functional Strength
Dips bar mimic movements used in daily activities and sports, such as pushing yourself up from a seated position or pushing objects overhead. By strengthening the muscles involved in these movements, you can improve your overall functional strength.Incorporating dips bar into your workout routine, along with other strength training exercises, can help you build a strong and well-balanced upper body. It's important to perform dips with proper form and technique to maximize their effectiveness and reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, gradually increase the intensity and volume of your dips over time to continue challenging your muscles and promoting strength gains.

Edit Scheduled Classes Repeat Options
CX would like the ability to open a scheduled Class Event and edit the repeat option. For example, if they scheduled a Class Event to repeat every Monday for 12 weeks, they would like to be able to click on any of the scheduled blocks and edit the repeat options (extend the duration, add additional dates).
