This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Step challenges

    Hey! Step challenges are highly usable for company groups wanting to track their employees daily movements. Would love if there is a way to display everyone’s steps on a leader board or creating a group goal, such as distances ( New York - LA) or (100 million steps in 100 days ) Or can a daily habit of say 8k steps automatically lead to a habit being checked of ? Thx!

  2. Remove estimated workout time (or make it optional)

    Estimated workout time is inaccurate (too short) 99% of the time. Clients are constantly messaging us, wondering if they should’ve done their workouts in half the time — or less. It adds an unnecessary layer of pressure for folks who are already feeling anxious about starting a new program. Please remove, or at least make it optional.

  3. Logging resistance exercise Bands, using their Color or Type

    When training with Exercise bands, we need the ability to log them.

    We need to be able to log them, by the 2 main indicators used with bands, which are: COLOR (such as Red, Green, Black, Purple, etc) and Light/Medium/Heavy/XtraHeavy

  4. I would like a suggested alternative exercise section

    I understand clients can go in and substitute exercises. But I would like to have a list of my suggested alternatives first. I sell master programs and I run into the issue of clients not having the necessary equipment and need an alternative I do not want to go in and build out a million different versions of a master plan to meet each individual client's needs. I would like a way for clients to substitute exercises with that I suggest in case they don't have that equipment.

    Another solution that might be a stretch is based on the consultation…

  6. Ability to add master workout to a client from mobile app

    It would be great if we could place a workout from a workout template into a clients workout plan through the add to today feature in the app.

  7. Woman / female / more diversity in trainer doing exercises

  8. Meal Planner “and” PDF option not “or”

    The meal planner AND the PDF option Should be available to clients especially if the meal plan it was an additional paid feature.

    It should not be an “EITHER OR” thing.

    We should have the ability to give our clients our PDF information as well as the meal planner.

    They need other things like grocery list restaurant guides etc. It should be an “AND” thing not an “or” thing

  12. Seperate textbox for sets, reps, tempo, rest and weight

    Please have separate textbox for sets, reps, tempo, weight and rest, not just a box for sets, and a shared one for reps and weight as it sometimes isn't clear to clients. It would be easier as opposed to typing the rest of the info in notes as I feel like I'm then re-writing the plan again.
    Also, the ability to alter plans and measurements from the app would be amazing

  13. Ability to build my client's custom meal plan template or nutrition plan

    I would like to be able to add my clients diet's nutrition plan to the app and also be able to assign it to the calendar so that they also get the daily meals reminder along with their days workout. Like build out food items and meals in-app.

    Be able to add recipes to a library and clients can use directly with the caloric and macro information.

    We are working on this feature where you can create your own custom meals as recipes and your clients will be able to discover them and track them. It will be part of advanced nutrition coaching add-on. We will announce when it comes out. 

  15. Google fit integration

    Without having a Fitbit, there seems to be no way for an Android device to sync fitness data to the app at all. Google fit talks to pretty much everything else but not this. There seems to be no way around it, either I buy an iPhone, or I buy a Fitbit.

  16. Ability to a comment/reply thread to a post in groups

    Allow clients or trainers to comment on a post in a group so we don't end up cluttering the main group feed.

  17. Have an EMOM or E2MOM workouts

    An every minute on the minute function allows the trainer to create a routine with different exercises that are done for a certain amount of reps with in the time frame window of a minute.
    Example:
    Min 0+1: Row 100 meters
    Min 1-2: push-ups x 15
    Min 2-3 pull-ups x 10
    Min 3-4 Bike 10 cals
    Min 4-5 Kettlebell Swings x 15
    Min 5-6 Goblet Squats x10
    Min 6-7 Rest
    What ever time is left over in the window of said Minute is the clients rest period

    Or ....
    Every 2 Minutes:
    Ski machine 100 meters
    Push Press x 10…

  18. Option between metric and imperial, use ml or grams instead of ounces

    All of the recipes are measured in cups, an option for grams and ml would be ideal

    Thank you for your votes. We noticed this is an important thing to fix and we are planning to work on it in one of the next releases and improvements of Smart Meal Planner. We will notify you when we complete it. 

  19. Include a possibility to go high in protein (40% protein / 30% carb / 30% macro split )

    I'd like to have the possibility of choosing at least to be able to have a 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat macro split

  20. Save freestyle workouts into master workouts or use in regular programming

    Would be beneficial to have The ability to save a freestyle WOD, entered by either the trainer or client, to templates for later use
